Complete retiling of roof
Penfolds did a marvelous job of replacing our old cedar shake roof with new high quality synthetic shingles. The pre-contract discussions were very productive and Penfolds went to great lengths to explain everything in the finest detail and were very accommodating over specific requests of ours. The actual work was done extremely efficiently and was completed on schedule. The post work clean up was meticulous, even the neighbours were impressed with the Penfolds tidy up! We now have a beautiful roof making the entire house look new. A very professional team led by Michael Schoeman. I highly recommend Penfolds as your "go to" roof specialists.

Roofing
Penfolds replaced my roof two weeks ago. I was very impressed by their professionalism and their organized process. Hamish was our project representative from Penfolds. He was very personable and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the already thorough project proposal that he prepared for us. The roofers were friendly, hardworking and efficient. They completed the project in less than two days and left my yard tidy and clean. In brief, Penfolds has done a great job for us and I would recommend them to family and friends who need roofing services.

Roof with Turbine Vents
They did a reroof job in three days on time and on budget. It looks great with everything the same color true and square. Got my money's worth and the workers are safe and they know roofing ! Good Job Penfolds !!!

Re-roof in Fraser Heights
Original shake roof of 23 yrs was just replaced with Cedar Twin Classic. Dealing with Michael S of Penfolds was an absolute pleasure. Kept us informed every step of the way. Crew kept site clean all the way through and most importantly, a wonderful job!

New Roof
We arrived home from a holiday to find a large hole in our roof and racoons in the attic. I called several companies and Michael Schoeman from Penfolds arrived the next morning to quote on a new roof but he also covered the hole with plywood as it was going to rain. We decided to go with Penfolds and the crew that did the roof were outstanding - professional, hardworking, polite and cooperative. They finished in 4 days and did a wonderful cleanup. We were very impressed.

New Roof & Gutters
Great customer service!! Michael was very helpful throughout the entire process and always responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. I needed the roof and gutters to be done asap, and the project was completed within 3 weeks of signing the contract. The roofers were friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend Penfolds if you need a new roof or gutters!

Roofing
We were very please the great job the boys did on our roof. We were under a time constraint and managed to finish the job quicker than expected. They were always professional and left my yard cleaner than when they started .. Thank you

Roofing
They did a nice job of installing my new eco rubber roof. Looks great. Left yard very tidy. No surprises. Fixed a couple of things they encountered at no extra cost .

Roof Replacement
We hired Penfolds to replace our old cedar roof with their "EcoRoof" system. Jason, our project representative from Penfolds, was very knowledgeable and responsive at every step of our project from the initial meeting to learn about their service right through the project's completion and final clean-up. The team of roofers that did the work were extremely hard-working and put in long days to minimize the disruption to our daily activities around our home. While I have a high degree of confidence that our roof will be problem-free for many years, I know that Penfolds will be around in the years ahead should any problems arise. This is an important consideration for me because my sister had a roof installed by a different company about 10 years ago, and when she had a leak recently, she discovered that that company was no longer in business. When I put her in contact with Jason, Penfolds was at her home the next day and they discovered that her roofer had not installed her shingles with enough of an overlap, creating the potential for water leaks as the shingles aged. Penfolds' repair team fixed the problem area at a very reasonable cost, and I am sure that she will call Penfolds when it comes time to replace her entire roof. I would certainly recommend Penfolds to family and friends in need of roofing repairs or replacement.
