    New roof project

    When the 20 yr. old torch-on roof on our recently bought house seemed to be rapidly coming to its end and after having had not the greatest experiences with 2 other roofing companies in the past 12 years, we decided to phone Penfolds. So glad we did, as they called right back, got an appointment and were very pleased with Michael, technical advisor, who went out of his way to answer any and all concerns and questions we had. We were fortunate that the work actually started 3 weeks before the agreed upon date and the work was done by a very hard-working crew in a short time. With our new roof and new downspouts and skylights replaced, we now feel we're ready to not have to worry about whatever wet seasons will bring after summer is over and with Penfolds' warranty we feel that we made the right decision to use this company. Both Michael and Randy, who went over the whole roof to see that all was done as it should have been, are an asset not to be taken lightly these days.

    Shiny New Roof

    Penfold's removed our old roof and installed new. We were most impressed by their professionalism, efficiency and tidiness. They completed the work in record time and with very little disruption. I would highly recommend them. They were always quick to answer any questions or address any issues and were wonderful to deal with. Very happy customer!

    Project

    Penfolds replaced our old torch on roof with new metal roofing. They also built in a new ventilation system for better airflow under the roof surface and improved drainage in flat areas. Skylights and downpipes were also replaced. The whole process from initial sales, explanation and signing of contract, preparation and execution of the actual project was done in a friendly, professional and efficient way. We can highly recommend Penfolds to others.

    replace the roofing

    Service Call

    Penfolds installed out cedar shake roof several years ago - (8?) and we sent them a note on Monday 16May16 about some small pieces of roof material that we found on the ground. The response via e-mail came that same day and Randy from Victoria Roofing was here Thursday morning. We were most impressed with the timely response and with his knowledge and obvious professional expertise. No further action required - many thanks to all!

    Eco roof rubber shake roof

    “We would strongly recommend Penfolds to anyone who asks. We have had many very favourable comments on our new roof. We live in a heritage conservation area and needed to maintain the character of our home - the brown eco roof shakes look exactly like our old roof (except they're not curled on the edges and rotting in places!) and we now have peace of mind about the state of our roof for as long as we'll be living in this house. The crew were wonderful - we couldn't have asked for better. Thank you Penfolds!”

    New Roof

    Once we got the start date, Penfolds was very efficient and professional. They got in did the roof and left with very little disruption to life. When we noticed a minor issue with one area (slope of the roof) it was quickly dealt with. We asked for them to also do our Facia boards and eve's and they lined it up for us. Very proffesional service. Reccommend them to people when asked who did the work. Thanks Penfolds :)

    New Roof

    I highly recommend Penfolds Roofing Inc. as the company of choice to have a new roof installed. Everyone in the company I spoke to was friendly, professional and helpful. The on site crew were hardworking and very professional, they did and excellent job installing our new roof. They also made sure our yard was spotless before leaving the job site. We love our new roof it adds so much to the look of our home. I would highly recommend Penfolds Roofing Inc. to everyone looking to have a new roof installed

    New Roof

    We are so happy with Penfolds as the crew worked very long hours and cleaned up after each day and we were so impressed with this! Thanks for a great job done and also to Adam for all the work he did in getting this project done fast! So excited to have our new roof, what a fantastic crew! :)
