    Re-Roof

    Dear Ken Mayhew, Thank you for having a very professional and efficient team and company. Sean was very helpful explaining the product and process for a new roof. There were no surprises. Great service from Sean in delivering on every promise. We are really pleased with the work and the professional conduct of the crew that install our roof. The clean up was done quickly.     Re-Roof

    Penfolds had installed the previous roof on our house, so it didn't require much thought on who we were going to hire. This summer we had an Eco rubber roof and skylight installed by Penfolds. We are so pleased with the roof, skylight and the service provided by Norm. Norm's excellent customer service never made us feel pressured with any of the decisions that had to be made. The Penfold team's workmanship and work ethic was observed by our neighbours, who commented that they should have done business with Penfolds. We've also received a number of comments on how great the roof looks. We would not hesitate to recommend Norm and Penfolds.

    new roof

    The job was done very well!. The workers were on time ,very clean, very professional.and the roof looks great. .Johnathan was there everyday to personally see that everything was done correctly.. we are very satisfied with Penfolds and would highly recommend this company.

    Re-Roof

    Excellent service, workmanship and warranty. Money well spent and I love my new roof and gutters which adds a lot of value to my home. My consultant, Michael, made the whole process easy and was there for me every step of the way. He went through the contract with me - word for word and took the stress out of this project. He coordinated with the roofers, carpenter and the gutter company. The workers took great care of my outdoor furniture and equipment and put it all back in place when the job was finished. No mess! I got everything I paid for and strongly recommend Penfolds Roofing for a job well done.

    Re-Roof & Replace Skylights

    After speaking to several roofing companies about the wide range of products available I chose to replace my original cedar shake roof with Penfolds EcoRoof rubber shakes. I wanted a longer lasting roof that is maintenance free and looks good over time. John Shaw, the technical advisor, was able to answer my questions and concerns. The crew was professional: showed up on time, worked full days, respectful of the neighbourhood and replaced the roof and skylights within a business week. I would recommend Penfolds to my friends and family.

    Re-Roof

    Our roof was getting older so we decided to contact Penfolds for them to assess the condition of the roof and give us an estimate. I have owned the house for the past 12 years and was pleasantly surprised when John Shaw told me that it was Penfolds who put on the last roof, about 20 years ago. John was kind and professional and suggested that we could wait for another few more years if we wanted to. We decided to get the roof done anyway and it was all handled professionally and efficiently. The crew who worked on the roof were great and I think it took all of 1.5 days to get done. Since we put a rubber roof on our house, we won't be seeing Penfolds again for the next 50 years, but I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to do their roof. Jason

    Re-Roof

    I had Penfolds roofing do my roof for me this year. I cannot stress how professional they were and their adviser Mr. Norm Sterling was truly professional on handling all aspects of the job. I was left with a picture perfect roof and would recommend them to anyone who needs a hassle free job done. Naushad Dhanji

    Re-Roof

    We are very satisfied with our experience with Penfolds roofing. Norm was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns. The crew was done in one day and I honestly could not tell that they were even there except for the fact that I had a new roof on my house. I would not hesitate, and have already done so, to recommend penfolds to my friends. thank you Brian Morrison

    Commercial Roofing

    Hi Brent, Thank you for the update and thank you for arranging the second crew. This is very encouraging for us on the strata's roofing committee as we worry about the weather and it's impact on job completion. We continue to be very satisfied with the work that Penfolds is doing. The owners have been very complimentary regarding the professionalism of Matt and the crew, their care and attention to detail, their constant clean up and the overall great look of the finished roofs. Matt has been of great help to us. He and our roofing consultant work well together and, together with us, resolve whatever issues come up. On behalf of the roofing committee, and the owners at Edenshaw, thank you for a good job so far.     Re-Roof

    I just wanted to let you know I’m enjoying my new roof. You asked me at the end of July if I was enjoying my new roof and I was ambivalent saying “it’s like buying new tires, you spend a lot of money to get back to where you were at the start”. However after all the heavy rain it’s nice to know we have a new roof and it’s working perfectly. Cheers Ken
