    Replaced old cedar roof with duroid

    My experience with Penfold's was practically perfect in every way. Michael listened to my roofing needs and responded with a range of choices that addressed all of my concerns in respect to materials, rain runoff paths, animal deterence, skylights and budget. He explained in full the process that the installation would involve. The crew that did the work arrived on time every day, used their time effectively, kept a quiet worksite (aside from necessary tool noise), and left each day only after materials and debris had been appropriately cleared and stowed. (After 4 days of work, the only bits i found left behind were a small amount of tiny scraps and 5 nails. As a pet owner, I like to be alert to such potential hazards.) All staff were friendly and courteous. Field supervisor Ron checked in daily to monitor the site, and together with Michael, conducted a final inspection with me when the job was complete. They addressed the few small outstanding issues I had with ready willingness. For homeowners looking for a roofing company that knows and values "old-fashioned" qualities of customer service, professionalism, integrity and trust, then Penfold's should definitely be among those they consider to do their project.

    Roofing

    Although I had cheaper quotes, after sitting down talking to Michael, I knew that Penfolds was the organization I would go with to unsure that my project would be completed on time and with a high degree of quality. I thank Michael for taking the time to explain my options, answer my questions, making this experience very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend Penfolds.

    Roof installation

    I was very pleased with the product and service I received from Penfolds. Michael Schoeman and his crew were extremly professinal and follow up was outsatnding. I highly recommend them.

    Re-roof

    After looking at several types of roofing, we visited Penfolds Roofing. Our Technical Advisor, Michael, helped us make the right choice of roofing material that fit our house and budget. Michael was a great help in managing the project, ensuring an on-time and professionally completed job. The roofing crew was dedicated to our roof until completion without any delays. Penfolds can be proud of their employees.

    Re-Roof

    Eco Roof reroofing project

    After several quotes and options we choose Jason and the Eco-Roof. Peace of mind and quality were what sold us. Jason helped us through the whole process and ensured we were informed and taken care of if we had any concerns. In fact nothing went wrong and everything exceeded our expectations.

    Roof

    Lauren & Paul of Surrey In March, we had Penfolds replace our tired cedar shakes with the Eco roof medium slate shingles. My brother referred us to Penfolds since he was very happy with his Eco roof which he got done in 2010. The crew was very friendly, professional, cleaned up, helpful and was available to answer any questions. Even the smallest detail was not missed. The roof looks great! We would definitely recommend Penfolds to our friends, family and co-workers. Thanks Penfolds for job well done!

    Roof

    I would like to thank Jonathan and his crew they put a metal roof on our house. They did in 4 days with the first day being sunny but the 3 days it rained. My husband is still amazed at such a good job they did. The crew was so nice. I am glad we chose Penfolds.

    Re-Roof

    Dear Sean, Just a note to thank you for the excellent job that your team and your crews did with roofing our house, with Wayne next door who also used Penfolds having a similar experience. Everything that we were told in your initial discussions came about exactly as advertised, and we particularly appreciate the fact that you did not sugar-coat the process - you told us we would be living in a "construction zone" for at least a week, but that the crews would clean up at the end of each business day, and that at the end of it all, other than the new roof, we would never know that you had been there. That's exactly what happened. Our crew worked hard, they were helpful, personable, and careful, and not so much as a single branch of a single tree or shrub was disturbed. They took great care to cover plants, patios, and outbuildings so that we had no clean-up of any sort to deal with when the crews left. I sent a note to your president, Mr. Mayhew after the job was done, just expressing how pleased we were with both the process and the final outcome ... and having Ron, the supervisor, visiting the job site at least once a day and sometimes twice, gave us a real feeling of security. We would certainly recommend Penfolds to any friend, neighbour, or relative,with complete confidence.

    Re-Roof

    Jonathan discussed all possible options, giving us pros and cons of each style of roof, leaving us time to choose without pressure. After we made our choice he was very flexible on scheduling considering weather and our timing. The Crew was efficient and courteous. Any questions were answered in a professional manner. Any adjustments were taken care of without complaint. We never have to worry about this roof again. If we ever need a new roof, we KNOW who we can count on. R&V Davies
