    Roof replacement

    We had our roof replaced by Penfolds about 10 years ago and just recently bought a new home with a 27 year old cedar roof that needed replacing. Penfolds did such a great job the first time we called them again. Their price was competitive and the service we received from Adam Boyes was excellent. The crew who came out worked hard, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned every thing up so we couldn't even tell they had been there. Except for the beautiful roof and 3 new skylights. No damage, no leaks and everything is perfect. I very highly recommend Adam and the crew at Penfold's if you are looking to replace a roof.

    New Roof

    From my initial call to Jonathan Manca for a quote, he met me at my house and explained everything in great detail. This is very important considering the large financial investment a new roof cost. He explained the different types of shingles and the warranties cover each, which is strictly held by Penfolds and can be transferred to new owners if you sell your house, which is a great selling feature. I wanted to wait until the late spring when the weather was more consistent and less rain. To honour the same price quoted in the fall I put down a deposit which held my price, another great benefit. When I finally went ahead with my roof this month (June 2014) the crew showed up and i was impressed with the efficiency and the speed in which my roof was transformed from a worn out cedar shake to a beautiful shingled roof, it looks fantastic. The crew made sure that my patio furniture was protected along with all my window as they took the old roof off. They cleaned up beautifully and no one would ever know that work had been done except for the awesome new roof. Thank you to Jonathan and Penfold's crew you are the best and so professional, I will definitely recommend your company for anyone needing a new roof!

    Reroofing

    Adam and the crew were all very professional and did a great job on our new roof. Being an older house we thought there could be some challenges and we were happy with their performance on all aspects. They met our dates, showed up on time and followed through on all details. Thanks!

    Asphalt roof replacement and new gutters

    Not the cheapest company, around 10-15% more than other quotes I had. They felt more professional and knowledgeable than others and their warranties are all their own. House looks great now, work was fast and tidy. Many thanks.

    Eco-roof

    We had a very positive experience with Penfold Roofing. Jonathan did an excellent job of keeping us informed and letting us know what to expect. The team that worked on our roof was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this product and this company to anyone.

    Roofing

    The experience of dealing with Sean of Penfolds was fantastic from the beginning. The best quote at the best quality. How could I go wrong? Then the service was excellent! Sean kept us abreast of the complete progress and was available to my call on evenings and through a weekend! The crews did great work! There was a site foreman who inspected for safety and any issues! Tremendous service. The site was cleaned excellently each night and the building was protected from any damage! I would highly recommend Sean and Penfolds.

    reroofing

    Jonathan was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly in explaining and guiding me through the whole reroofing process. He did a thorough pre-inspection of my roof, including gutters, skylights, etc. He carefully explained the procedures, materials, etc. to be used in the reroofing process. The work was done in a proper, timely and safe manner, and the workmen were hardworking, courteous and efficient. The postjob final inspection was completed as promised. The postjob yard cleanup and removal of excess materials was completed in a timely, efficient manner. The job contract, method of payment, warranties and other financial details were clearly completed in writing. I would recommend Penfolds without any reservations to anyone contemplating a reroofing project.

    Roof replacement and gutters

    This was an emergency situation as we had a family of raccoons put several holes in our roof and move into the attic space above our bedroom. Our Technical Advisor Michael Schoeman was able to coordinate with the animal control people to remove the raccoons and replace our roof within a week and guide us through the whole process during a very stressful time. We would highly recommend Michael and the whole Penfolds team who did an excellent job.

    EcoRoof

    We were very impressed with the total experience of dealing with Penfold Roofing and are extremely satisfied with the new brown rubber Ecoroof system installed on our home. We love the look of the roof which resembles cedar shakes, only better. We got our quotation promptly and we were kept up-to-date when the materials were on hand and were able to have the installation completed in a timely fashion. We really liked the crew and we were impressed with their excellent work ethic and the care they took to keep everything picked up. They left the yard in great shape, returning everything to the original condition. We are quick to tell friends and family about our new roof and pleased to recommend Penfolds. We consider the rubber Ecoroof to have improved the look and the value of our home. We will never again need to deal with roof issues during our lifetime.

    my house needed a new roof

    I'm in an older house and the roof was really showing its age. My roof didn't leak, but it was about to. I had the chimney rebuilt and a new roof would complement it, not to mention keeping me dry. Penfolds put a new roof on that I will not have to worry about for at least another decade. They also reroofed my garden shed and gazebo. I'm very happy with the work and the product we used. Norm picked weather days with no rain and the work was done in very short order. They cleaned up the yard very well and took all the old roof away. Looks great. Can't wait for it to rain again!
