    Re-Roof

    The sales manager Sean Crowther was great, he clearly explained what types of options were available for the roofing, the Eco-Roof was chosen, and the pricing and process of roof installation were excellent. Sean is very knowledgeable about the roofing business and answered all questions about how the roof was being installed. The crew team was very professional and finished the installation process within a week for the Eco rubber roof. The team was respectful of the property, cleaned everything well during and after roof installation, and was flexible about the times agreed to install the roof.

    Re-Roofing

    This is the second roof that Penfolds Roofing has done for me. I was so pleased with the first job in 1998 that I did not hesitate when I needed a new roof on my current house. The job, from the first quote to the finish product, was seamless and very timely. I can not say enough about the professionalism of Jonathan Manca and the other Penfolds representatives. As a result, I would not hesitate in recommending Penfolds Roofing to anyone.

    Reroofing

    From the moment of our initial contact with Penfold's Roofing via a neighbour and a friend's experience we knew we would be in good hands. Everything was clearly laid out in regards to our roofing, options, cost, warranty etc. Michael Schoemann from Penfold's put us at ease immediately. The roofing crew with roofer Joel worked efficiently and were very respectful of our property. The clean-up was terrific! and of course the roof (going from cedar shake to a duroid roof) has now given us peace of mind and it looks great!! Finally both Michael and Ron did a final inspection. We would not hesitate to recommend Penfold;s to anyone. Extremely satisfied. Ken & Jenny Freeborn

    Re-Roof Strata

    The prospect of having one’s Strata complex roof replaced is daunting, not only because of the expense, but also because one never knows if the company one chooses is going to live up to their word and warranty. Penfolds has proven to our Strata that their excellent reputation is duly deserved. Brent May endured our dealings with the City of North Vancouver’s Heritage Department with patience and support, always promptly providing any information or quotes we required throughout. Field Supervisor Matt was onsite prior to, during and after the work was complete, and Roderick and his excellent crew were exemplary in their attention to detail, constant check-ins with the residents, daily and final clean up and incredibly positive and friendly attitude. The roof looks great, the warranty (not to mention the price) is beyond satisfactory and the whole process was trouble-free due to the hard work and dedication shown by the entire team. A job very well done. Thank you!

    Roofing

    The entire project from start to finish was done with professionalism, politeness by the crew and amazing speed. The attention to detail and the cleanup was amazing.Thanks for a job well .done

    Re-Roof

    Penfold's replaced our entire roof and did an amazing job! The service was exceptional and we would highly recommend them. So much that we did to my impossible to please father who is also very happy with his new roof. Jonathan was so professional and easy to deal with, we can't thank him enough.

    New shop roof

    The coordination was great, the crew was on time and courteous. They didn't make a mess in the yard and the roof looks great. I would have no hesitation in recommending Penfolds Roofing to anyone who needs a roof. At the very least get an estimate from Penfolds and you will see a difference.

    New Roof

    Penfolds roofing re-roofed our new house for us recently. They were prompt and professional from the quote right through to the end of the project. They did an excellent job and we are very happy that we went with them.

    New Roof

    Recently had the roof done on our 1930s Dunbar home. Very positive experience. Estimate process was great and workers were efficient and respectful. No extras and everything seems to be top notch quality. Thanks!

    Roof/Gutter replacement

    We needed to have our 20 year old shake roof replaced before it started to give us trouble. Penefolds was recommended by relatives as a company to have quote on the project. Jonathan Manca was the representative that called on us to review the information that was required to replace the roof. When Jonathan returned with the quote to replace the roof he also recommended that we replace the gutters as well due to age plus they were leaking badly. We found Jonathan to be very professional, courteous and up front regarding the work that had to be done to replace our old roof. The work was done by Jason and his crew in a very timely and professional manner. Every day Jason"s crew left the work site clean and presentable. Even the neighbors commented on how hard working, courteous and professional Jason and his crew were. The gutter team that work with Penefolds are also very efficient and courteous. The old gutters were replaced in less than a day and again the work site was left very clean. Thanks very much to the Penefold Team for a job well done!!!!
