    Replaced our cedar shingle roof with rubber eco-roofing

    We had a cedar shingle roof that was about 23 years old. It originally had very thin singles, and they were cracked and falling off the roof in two or three places. Penfolds had just replaced our neighbour's roof with cedar shingles the year before, and after seeing their experience, we decided to have Penfolds do our roof as well. During our discussion, Jason of Penfolds introduced us to Eco-Roofing, which we found compelling because of its durability and because it was made of recycled materials. We toured the neighbourhood to look at eco-roofs that were installed over the past ten years, and had an opportunity to ask people how they liked them (they would come out and ask why we were staring at their roofs). After talking to a few people and hearing extremely positive feedback, we decided to go for eco-roofing as well. Penfolds has just completed our roofing, and we are very happy with the result. We were somewhat concerned that having eco-roof right next to our neighbour who has a beautiful new cedar shingle roof would detract from either their house's appearance or our own, but in fact both houses look just great side-by-side. As you can tell, we are very happy with Penfolds and our new eco-roof.

    roof replacement

    The replacement of my roof was done at the end of winter under difficult conditions. Nevertheless, the employees worked tirelessly to complete the work in time.Very professional service and employees.

    New roof and gutters.

    We had a very good experience with Penfolds and the workers were so nice and considerate of us as the homeowner. We would recommend them to others for sure. The work was done in a very timely manner. Weather was the only waiting we had to put up with. Michael Schoeman was so professional and made sure we were completely satisfied at each of his visits to the site. Thank you Michael.

    New Roof

    Penfolds did a terrific job in spite of foul weather delaying the project . Many thanks to the very efficient professional crews and the help of Brad Greenbank I would recommend Penfolds to everyone.

    New roof

    We were extremely pleased with our experience with Penfold's--especially the great service from Michael, our Penfold's representative. The crews were professional and worked quickly and efficiently. We wouldn't hesitate to deal with Penfold's again in the future, although we won't be needing another roof on our present house!

    Roof

    We needed to replace our 24 year old cedar shake roof and we chose Penfold's for the job. Penfold's service was exceptional and beyond our expectations in all aspects. We thank Adam for working with us to help us choose the ECO ROOF in the BLACK SHAKE profile. We absolutely love our choice and get so many compliments on it. The job site was tidy every day, they completed the job in a professional manner, on-time and as promised and they did it safely.

    Roof

    The representative who met with us, and ultimately was the lead man for this job was professional, to his word, and polite. He made us feel very comfortable, knowing he would listen and address any of our concerns. The team that did the work was prompt, neat and clean and respectful. They all did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with great confidence that their work will be done to the best of their ability.

    Roof installation

    We needed to replace our 23 year old cedar shingle roof on our home. I new of Penfolds Roofing and their new rubber shingle product, "Eco Roof" from some recent experience redoing a large roof in a business I'm a partner in. I called to set up an initial meeting and got a prompt reply from my area sales rep. Adam. We set up a time for him to come and meet my wife and I and inspect and measure our existing roof. He got back to us promptly with price quotes and significant information on a variety of roof replacement options and prices that applied to our type of home. I was pretty sold on the Eco Roof option and after my wife saw the samples and we toured around greater Vancouver to see a number of other homes that had already been done with this type of roof material, she too was convinced and we went ahead and booked the job with Adam. He explained everything as to the expected schedule for starting and completing the job as well as stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process. The crews (2) arrived as planned, did the job in a very professional, timely and "safe" manner, were very friendly and neat at all times and everything was completed, on time and to my wife's and my complete satisfaction. Our home is relatively large and the roof has a steep pitch with lots of angles and valleys, so having confidence in the abilities of the installation crew was one of my biggest concerns and was what led me to seek out Penfolds in the first place. i was not disappointed, they did a great job. From observing the job done on our home, two of my neighbors on the street went ahead and replaced their aging cedar roofs with the Penfolds Eco Roof. Since completion we have been totally happy with the look of the new roof as well as the confidence in the product to do it's job for us and last a very long time. i have recommended Penfolds to a number of my friends and wish to publicly thank them for a job well done.

    Roof

    We are very pleased with our new roof from Penfolds. Our salesperson Adam took as much time as we needed to explain options and answered follow up questions on the phone. He was very thorough and we felt like valued customers. The crew showed up on time, were pleasant and professional, and worked hard - our roof was completed in one day! Penfolds was the only company to suggest the roof vent system and we are glad we chose it.

    Rubber Roof

    We were looking for a roof product that was going to last and Penfolds had the right product. Our Rep. from Penfolds was excellent and provided us great service and the installers did an awesome job. This roof gives us great looks and peace of mind and when it rains hard as it often does here in BC it's a good feeling knowing we are well covered and protected.
