    New Roof

    We used Penfold 10 years ago and were happy to use them again for our a roof on our new home - they did not disappoint. The workmanship and professionalism were excellent, and the price was affordable. We would not hesitate to recommend Penfold.

    metal roof

    Right from the initial sales contact, through the presentation of options, contract signing, and roof installation, I found all of the Penfold's representatives to be courteous, competent ,and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Penfolds to anyone needing a new roof.

    reroof home and garage

    My new home was in need of a roof and after a visit to the showroom and a chat with Jason P.I felt confident that the job was in the right hands. All went smoothly and the results are exactly what I envisioned. The site was always kept clean and at the end of the project the only tell tale sign is a beautiful roof.

    Roof replacement

    A pleasure to deal with from initial consultation to project completion. Sales consultation, work crew on site and office staff I had contact with all made me feel I had the decision in selecting Penfolds for such a large project.

    Re-Roof

    My wife and I feel that the project went very well. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and the extra little items to ensure a smooth and quick installation. One comment I must say was that I appreciated the extra effort that your installation crew put out to ensure that my daughter was able to access the front door of the house when the old roofing tiles were all over the front steps. They actually placed some of the plywood down over the scrap to make a path for her to get to the door. I feel the crew should be notified of how we appreciated the extra effort. Thanks again for a project well done and we will be advising whoever asks us about our new roof to give you a call. They won’t be disappointed. Kind Regards, Tony Deakin

    Roof Assesment

    Our flat roof has had a leak for the past 3 years which my husband had tamed but not defeated. He had methodically eliminated the possibilities but the problem had still not been solved. We'd had a number of people come by to provide advice and quotations, but none of the advice resonated with my husband's investigations (and yet the potential bills of replacing the roof were huge). And then we had a visit from Jose De Freitas. He was outstanding, professional and friendly. He immediately identified the problem, which turned out to not to be the roof at all. He was the first professional who provided advice that made sense and also resonated with my husband's investigations. This company is not just about making money - a quick buck - but genuinely knows its business. We had someone come and visit within a day of making the phone call. Excellent service, intelligent assessment as well as courteous and friendly follow though. We will definitely recommend and refer on. Thank you for your outstanding service.

    Re-Roof

    We would like to thank you and the Penfold's roofing crew for such a lovely job done to our home on 35th and Pine. Our neighbors have given us many compliments for our decision to select a standing seam metal roof as our first choice. We are certainly relieved that completion was done before the traditional Vancouver rains, rain upon us for the next several months.

    Re-Roofing

    I will recommend Penfold's to any of our friends and relatives. We have since painted our house and have had passers-by comment on how nice everything looks. Thanks again for a job well done! Safety was one of my concerns as I work for WorkSafe BC. The crew was excellent and met all my expectations. Cheers, Brent Farnsworth.

    Roof

    These guys were very professional and did a great job. I did have to knock them down in price a lot and it was not easy to do that. You have to be persistent. The roof comes with a warranty.

    EcoRoof

    Top notch company, I give you a AAA+ rating overall. The products were explained in detail and gave me the best value for my resident. I am very happy and my next door neighbour commented that very little fell on their side. The crew that was sent to me was very polite and I did enjoy having them around.
