    Re-Roof

    Jonathan was very professional and kept us informed during all steps of the process. He never tried to rush through things and was patient and informative in answering all of our questions. We are very happy that we chose Penfolds!

    roof

    Had our roof reroofed by Penfolds about 6 years ago. Have noticed a water stain developing near a skylight for some time now, but ignored it until recently when there was a huge rainstorm and I actually saw water drip onto the bathroom floor. Called Penfolds to ask them to take a look. I had not even realized the issue would still be under warranty. Somebody was at my house within 2 days, to take a look, and when the weather cleared up the very next day, somebody was at the house to do a minor repair to the flashing around the skylight. Great service. I'm very impressed. I have had some very disappointing experiences lately with home repair type companies, but Penfolds has restored my faith in local companies who stand by the quality of their work.

    Re-Roof

    Hi Sean … The gutter guys have come and gone, and did they ever do a great job! – of course the acid test will be this weekend’s rain, but I’m not concerned. Ron looked after the flashing issue – he has just been terrific – and it looks like we’re pretty much done. Not sure what’s left at your end, but we’re looking good. I would be one of those people who would be delighted to refer Penfolds to friends and neighbours for sure! You gave us an accurate view of what to expect, start to finish, and all your people delivered just as promised … again, Ron has just been great – on site most every day, always there to answer questions and look after bits and pieces. I’m happy that it’s over, but I’m equally happy to have been one of your customers. Thanks for all your help and information!

    New Cedar Shake Roof

    Just to thank you Shawn and your awesome crew once again for the great service & quality workmanship that went in to the replacement our new shake roof. It was a huge job and everything went smoothly as promised and on time. We were so impressed by the crew who were so hard working and cleaned up so well every day. Our new roof looks absolutely beautiful. We have received lots of complements on it. Someone even said, you must have done a lot of research on the company before hiring them. I said I did, and I'm sure I made the best choice with hiring Penfolds. The quality is truly evident. I will definitely recommend Penfolds if anyone needs there roofing project done.

    Ziplock Metal Roof

    Penfolds Roofing replaced my 27 year-old roof. The project manager, Shaun, guided me through the selection of the best roof for my location and budget. He was always immediately available for any questions I had throughout the job. When unexpected problems arose due to poor installation of the previous roof, Penfolds provided the answer and minimized additional costs. The crew was professional and conscientious. I highly recommend their team.

    roof

    Everyone concerned with my project was very professional. All questions or concerns were answered very satisfactorily. Roof installation, including clean up was done very quickly and professionally. All staff were very polite and helpful. Follow up service during and after completion of project was excellent.

    Metal Roof

    Love our new roof. Workers great. They showed up on time and clean up the yard after they left. All questions were answered. Good warranty. A little noisy when it rains hard.
