    Re-Roof

    We are very happy with the service and ongoing communication throughout this major project. Jonathan Manca was very easy to deal with, he was knowledgeable and supportive and throroughly professional. In fact, his professionalism was "through the roof"!

    Re-roof

    My dealings with Jonathan Manca was great. I was very impressed with his professionalism and plain friendly mannerisims. He went above and beyond to pick up and arrange for two additional skylites. As well he always answered my calls and questions throughout the entire job. I was concerned on how a new canopy covered deck was going to be flashed and transitioned, he told me not to worry that it won't leak. Please pass on my appreciation to Gord and Jordan who where on site, they were very friendly, proffesional and had the utmost in respect in everything they did. The weather turned and they still completed the job, we had some big rains in the last months after the job and NO LEAKS not even at the transition. Job well done by everyone.

    Re-roof repairs

    My sincere thanks for your speedy and most efficient follow up and too, for the dedication of your staff, who, I feel went to great lengths to assist us. The lady, Anna, deserves a big 'attaboy' for being so helpful and delightful to chat with. Wanda and I truly appreciate it and you can be assured that we have re-affirmed our membership in your word of mouth advertising army :-). I also very much appreciate you arranging for an inspection of the roof, despite it being an extremely busy time of the year for you and your company. Dedication to a quality job, to the extent that you exercise, is seldom seen here in North America, with Germany being top of the line in my view and Penfolds Roofing being right up there in the top echelon. Thank you again for your follow up and for taking such good care of our concerns.

    Metal Roof on Vancouver Special House

    Our initial meeting in October 2011 with Randy from Penfolds was a great meeting with him providing actual samples of his metal roofing option for our home + various pricing options to go with the feature colours available. Most Vancouver Specials have tar and gravel and the current trend is to replace this with torch on roofing systems. Penfold's ziplock metal roofing system was a longer term viable solution that will last well in excess of torchon, and the additional cost of moving to metal roofing was marginal. We had this installed just before December 25th 2011, and shortly there after felt the relief of having a solid roof over our heads before the traditional lower mainland rainfall. in May 2013, I noticed water pooling on the roof due to lack of gutter cleaning, and Bill from Penfolds sent out a colleague to check out the reason. They installed additional meshing where the gutters were to reduce future clogging. It has been a great experience to have them provide a long term solution for us!

    Re-Roof & gutters

    Having dealt with Shaun, he was extremely accommodating not only as price is concerned, but also with the product. He was very helpful with what roofing product would be appropriate for the style of my house. Needless to say, I approve the advice that Shaun gave me and it ranked in some of the top decisions I have ever made. The crew that did the re-roofing was very accommodating and did the job expeditiously. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism ranks above the very top. Thank you Penfolds for another job well done.

    new membrane flat roof

    I needed to get my flat roof replaced after only 11 years. Penfold's used a multi-layer design that is much more durable than a torch-on, and comes with a 20 year warrantee.

    Metal Roof

    Walter from Belcarra When Shaun came to our house to give an estimate, I was surprised by the young man's knowledge of every aspect of construction. Since we needed carpentry work done to extend the roof, it was reassuring to talk to someone who understood the complexity of the project and could offer solutions. When work commenced, all your laborers prooved to be highly skilful and polite. The accuracy of their metalwork transformed our house and added substantial value. All our special requests were addressed instantly and Shaun frequently came to the site to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the project. When the job was finished, your men did a thorough cleanup. Now that the roof is in place, we enjoy sitting in front of the fireplace and looking out at the torrential rain, knowing that we never need not worry about leaks. I wholeheartedly recommend Penfolds.

    Roof replacement

    Thank you Penfold for a job well done , Especially Jonathan . From the start with the bid to the finish , he was always there to make sure things were done right .Knowing Penfold stands behind their products and peace of mind for customers are the reason i would recommend this company to anyone .

    Roof replacement

    I recommend this company to everyone. They are professional and were thorough in explaining the entire process to us. We thought about hiring other cheaper contractors like some of our neighbours , but it just wasn’t worth the risk. Their warranties overshadow what the cheaper companies offer, creating great peace of mind. With the wet climate we have in Vancouver, it is better to have the job done right the first time by a company who backs up their service with a good warranty. Overall, this company was a pleasure to deal with, and I felt it was money well spent.

    Roof Replacement

    We invited Jonathan out to give us a quote and found him to be very knowledgable and very professional. He did a thorough assessment of our roof, took the time to address all of our questions, and kept in touch throughout the entire process. We found the crew that came out to replace our roof to be very skilled - and polite - and we absolutely appreciated how well they cleaned up every day. We are completely satisfied with the job the Penfolds team did and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
