We had Penfolds install the rubber shingle that looks like slate. They did a great job and were very professional. They came on time and finished the job within their estimate. We have had many comments about how much people like the look of our roof. There have even been a few people who knocked on our door to ask about our roof. With a 50 year warranty, we won't have to worry about our roof again. We highly recommend this type of roof and have Penfolds install it.

Ken, Today, your crew nailed the last shingles and ridge caps carefully into place on our new roof. It sure looks great! I didn't want to waste any time in letting you know we are more than pleased with the result. We appreciate your entire team's effort in getting this job done. We appreciate your initial efforts in getting this relatively new product by our local building inspectors inspectors. That took a lot of effort. Also pass on our thanks to the suppliers and engineers who also got involved in that process. Glenn did a great job providing us with all the information we needed to make informed decisions about the product, the underlays and every other aspect of the roof. The area supervisor (Randy I believe) was knowledgable and kept a watchful eye on everything the installers were doing. Your installation crew also worked very hard each day they were here. We were very pleased as we watched them work, seeing them making sure the lines were perfectly straight and matched up perfectly on all sides and from every angle. As you know, with the curved eyebrows and multiple pitches this was no easy job and not an ordinary roof. It looks fabulous! The house is still very much under construction and the outside finishes still have to be done. As everything is finished the roof will only look better and better I'm sure. We will continue to talk and show the progress on our house blog. Traffic continues to grow daily. I see plenty of folks taking note of your sign out front by the road and I have given out a few samples of the roofing material and passed on your name already. We will continue to do so. We researched many roofing options for our 23-year-old cedar shake roof and Adam at Penfolds was very patient in explaining our choices. We decided on the EcoRoof because of its durability, flexibility for walking on and the great Penfolds' guarantee. Each member of the Penfolds' team was a professional, from the delivery folks to all the efficient workers and cleanup guys. Jessie, our roofer, was a perfectionist and gave us great confidence with his workmanship. Ron, the supervisor, was always willing to answer my questions. We are extremely pleased with our attractive and durable roof and with the metal trim that eliminates the need for painting at those high areas. From the first visit by Shaun to begin giving us a quote to the last visit by Casey to fix the last small "glitch" we have been very impressed with Penfolds. They acted most professionally, arrived on time, stood behind their work and have been super on the follow up. This was a very complex residential roof of over 4500 square feet and they have done a superb job. The tar portion was done as timely as possible considering the weather, the fellows were very polite and did an excellent clean up after the job was done. The shingle portion was similarly well done. A problem with the flashing was attended to as soon as I pointed it out, and Penfolds went out of their way to make sure the problem was fixed to my satisfaction and at no further cost to me. People often commented to me that Penfolds was an expensive company to use, but their quote was completely in line with other quotes we received, and the quality of roof was better than that in similar quotes. All in all, we are delighted with our new roof and would highly recommend Penfolds to anyone considering a new roof.

When it came time for a new roof, I requested 2 different roofing companies to come and give us a quote. We did not chose the lowest bid, and chose Penfolds due to their professionalism and the fact they had done other homes in our Neighborhood. The crew we got was absolutely excellent. Hard workers, very polite and seemed to "care" about their work. We were extatic, as getting a new roof is very stressful at best, and Penfolds understood our concerns. As we live where it always rains, each night the workers were packing up, I asked if my roof will leak if it rains. And every night, they said we promise it won't! We would hire Penfolds again if we ever need another roof. Thankyou very very much!

Had our roof replaced by Penfolds. It is a bit more then some other places, but the quality and professionalism offsets the cost. Their warranty and peace of mind is nice too.

From the moment I met Jonathon Manca when he showed up at my house to give me an estimate, I knew that this was a company I wanted to do business with. From his professional appearance to his willingness to take the time to explain exactly what would happen if I decided to go with Penfolds as my roofing contractor, I felt totally comfortable with the way I was treated with respect. As we sat at my kitchen table going over the estimate,he made the observation that I might benefit greatly from a new product Penfolds was introducing to the roofing market called a "Sun Tunnel". He explained the concept and showed me some pictures on his smart phone, and I decided to go for it. I am happy to report that I am extremely happy with the sun tunnel and the way it lights up not just my kitchen, but also the hallway and even to some extent my living room. I even catch myself reaching for a light switch as I walk out of the room! (Even though there are no light's on!) I was also VERY happy with the job Robert and his crew did installing my new roof. They showed up bright and early, placed the bin on my driveway, tore off my old roof and gutters, put on my new roof, cleaned up the entire jobsite , and were packed up and gone by 6p.m. Two Days later, Rob and Bob, the gutter guys showed up and had my new gutters and downspouts installed in 3 hours. all in all a very positive and rewarding experience. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Jonathon and his team @ Penfolds to all of my friends and family.( And have already done so.) Thanks again, Ken.

The people who worked at Penfolds did an amazing job by replacing our old roof. We were very pleased with the service they provided and were considerate to noise. They were friendly and were professional. We chose them because they were also less expensive than other companies. They also got the job done in a timely manner.

Owners were impressed with Brent's presentation, explaining how the project would proceed. Tarps were placed over the leaking portion of the roof and quickly replaced when high winds blew the tarps off. The work was completed within the two weeks as promised when the weather improved. There were no "hidden" costs. Owners are happy with the new roof.
