Very pleased with the service. Got the screens installed earlier than anticipated. Mike Campbell, the installer was very knowledgable and very neat and precise with the installation and cleaned up after he was done. An excellent rep. for this company.

Our screen door was damaged so Mike Campbell came to fix it. We hadn't realized that when our new door had been installed, our Phantom screen door system had been removed and then re-installed with a strong adhesive and caulking material. Mike had a very challenging job to remove the Phantom screen system. He had never encountered such a difficult problem before in all his experience. He persisted and with good humour was able to remove it and fix it, installing a new screen and making it run smoothly again. He was very friendly, pleasant and conscientious, and made sure the lock worked well, and everything was perfect before he left. It took him quite a while to get it done, yet his charges were very reasonable. If I could give him 11 stars out of 10, I would!

Our screen door was installed prior to Christmas 2012. We required a very minor adjustment and Mike Campbell responded the very next evening (After normal woring hours) He was very efficient and friendly. There was no charge for this service. He proved "service is everything!!!! Secondary to price.

Mike Campbell recently installed a front door screen for us. Yesterday actually. What a great job !! Very efficient and timely install. Cleaned up before he left and gave us instruction on use and cleaning of screen. Mike is a real professional. I will recommend him to all our friends and neighbors. Mike Campbell installed our Phantom Screen today and he was efficient, cleaned up front porch after completing install and showed me how to care for screen and tracks. Very happy overall. This is our second screen at this home. Really love them!

Excellent install, timely and professional Matt explained its operation and upkeep perfectly and was very friendly. I haven't had to do any follow up yet but if Matt's attitude and aptitude is any indication, I'm not worried. The door looks great!

We have had 5 Phantom Screens on our current home for over 10 years and wanted to add 6 more to our cottage. Scott from the London office was able to have them installed within a month of measuring and estimating the cost and provided exceptional service.In addition, he arranged for Andy to come to our home and upgrade all the handles on our current doors. Both guys were great to work with, provided prompt and knowledgeable service and represented their company very well. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the southwestern area of Ontario. These screens are a wonderful addition to both of our homes and many friends and family members have commented on their quality. The price is in line with other screen door companies, but the reputation and updated locking system on the double doors had us coming back to Phantom for more!

The whole process from call in order to installation was very professional . Completed on time as promised. Andy presented maint. tips and explained operation. Love the new air flow through my home and look of the new screen

Last year we had new entrance doors put on our house to replace the builder grade. The only thing that we missed was our Phantom Doors, we had two of them installed as soon as we bought our house in 2004 and unfortunately the new doors were different sizes. We removed the old ones and a neighbour was glad to accept, we couldn't wait to purchase the new door and it was our first stop at the National Home Show, They are now available in black and with a locking mechanism different from the magnet that we had before(although we never had an issue with the door previously), Mike Campbell and his partner came out exactly as planned on April 4, 2013 and gave us a quote and said that it would take two to three weeks after we order, the order was completed 1 week and 1 day after we called. Mike called me on a Sunday and asked if he could come out on Monday to install. The screen door looks great and will be much appreciated when the warm weather comes. You will see screen doors at Home Depot/Rona but they do not compare and this cost above includes the labour and professional measuring and follow up if we have any issues. Very happy with this purchase.
