We are very happy with our phantom executive screen. It was pricey but well worth it for the uninterrupted view out our balcony and the convenience of being able to lift and lower the screen before opening the doors (great in summer with insects about). Mike Phillips and his installer were lovely guys, very friendly and quick to come back for an adjustment when the shape of our balcony threw the screen off after a couple of days. We have had no problems since and would use this company again.

We were pleased with the company - from the salesperson who came to do the measuring & provided us with the information about the products to the 2 gentlemen who came to install the product. All were courteous, on time for their appointments & provided us with an excellent quality of product & service. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product - screening for a gazebo & retractable screen doors. We feel that we received an excellent quality product for the price. The person who we dealt with in their office was polite & provided us with great service.

i am not a handyman.but I always learn and try to fix some minors issue at home. At first I think I can go to Home Depot and buy the stuff and do the work but my friend recommend to call them . They give me good advise and price and no worry free is the key. The project done in a professional manner

Michael Campbell of Ontario Screen Systems Inc. was very prompt. In fact, the scheduled appointment was at noon and when I arrived he had already installed the door. He vacummed the area around the door and left it cleaner than when he arrived. He took the time to thoroughly explain the use and care of the door. I was very impressed with his work and attitude. I love the door and and so happy I finally got it.

Our experience with Phantom Screens was very pleasant. They came to measure the door and phoned us with a quote. A couple of weeks later they phoned to say they were ready to install. Then Mike arrived early and got started before I got home. He was very efficient and friendly. He spent time with me after explaining door maintenance in a simple way. He then gave us spray lubricant and printed instructions. Very efficient. The new door works great too.

Scott from Ontario Screen Systems Inc. in London was very knowledgable and came at his scheduled appointment time. He did a great job installing the screen door, cleaned up afterwards and explained how to perform monthly maintenance. The door looks great and we would definitely recommend Scott and the Phantom screen door.

The door was installed promptly and efficiently by a very pleasant gentleman, Mr M Campbell. He was very accomodating and informative. Thorough instructions were given, verbally and in writing as well as supplying me with the appropriate silicone lubricant for the door.

Mike Campbell Excellent installation and excellent explanation of how the screen works. I would recommend Mike and the phantom screen. This has been our 4th door, we move often and have always had good luck with the doors.
