Mike Campbell installed our Phantom Screen today. He was extremely professional and courteous throughout all our correspondence. In addition we were advised us in detail with regards to product maintenance.

Mike C was a very professional installer. Went over every detail with me in a very positive way. Quite a gentleman, efficient and complete. He set the appointment and arrived on time. Showed the action of the screen and some do's and don'ts that made me feel very comfortable. Went over the monthly maintenance.

Mike, our installer, was friendly and very competent. No motions wasted, he knew exactly what to do. We upgraded from a poorly functioning imitation to what is reputed the best available product. Mike not only cleaned up after himself, he even used the vacuum on his work area on our front porch. He gave us a thorough review of maintenance suggestions before he left these very satisfied customers.

Mike C. installed my Phantom Screen yesterday. Today I have a lovely breeze blowing through the house. He was quick and efficient and gave me a thorough review of how to open/ close and trouble shoot any problems with the screen coming loose. My small dog paid close attention to the entire talk, but so far he has come to a full stop at the screen and is enjoying having the opportunity to bark at more walkers and othe dogs.
