    Pool purchase and installation

    This review is pending approval by the moderators. By Carrie1971 February 4, 2017 It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Chris S and Pioneer Pools. Chris explained everything in great detail and answered all our questions and concerns. We booked our installation months in advance and we were not disappointed. The crew showed up on our requested day and the install was completed in one day as promised. Chris S was always quick to respond to any calls or emails we placed. We will for sure be referring Pioneer Pools to our friends and family.

    Inground fibreglass pooll

    Andy and his crew installed 3 fibreglass pools in our street. Everything went good from start to finish. Everyone is very friendly and professional. We are happy with the end result. Good job guys.

    Great advice, installation and service

    Our new house had a malfunctioning Aqualink System, it was an older version that was intricately connected to pool, spa, three pumps etc. Local pool company recommended a whole new remote unit. We got in touch with Pioneer Pools of Oakville, and there Adam the Service Manager quickly assessed the problem and recommended a switch to new iAqualink rather than replacing the old unit with the now obsolete software. Adam placed the order, and then Andrew and Tommy came to install it. They were friendly, quick, efficient, and very patient in explaining how it works. Andrew offered back-up service anytime, which was much appreciated. The new system works far better than expected and we are very happy with the service. Thanks, guys!

    Hot Tub Installation

    From the initial consultation to the installation and after sales service the team from Pioneer Family Pools has been incredible. They answered every question I had, even when I had a ton, and were professional the entire time. My new hot tub is in which is perfect timing before the winter. Thanks to the team at Pioneer for making this possible.

    service and advise on my above ground pool.

    I had a leak in a pool liner that was only 3 years old and was purchased at Rymal Pioneer pools in hamilton however I have only owned the house for 2 years. I had been in several times asking for assistance and advice I have to praise Carl Hayes as he certainly put the customer first. He emailed me back and forth after office hours and answered all my questions as I was installing a new skimmer. Then after that installation I found the hole and he advised me on how to patch it. I can't thank him enough as it was just not financially in my budget to replace it at this time. He never once pressured me to buy a new liner. Thanks Carl Hayes You have a great employee and I hope he gets recognized for is great service.

    Inground Pool

    We are mid installation of the pool and so far I am completely impressed with the level of professionalism Jeremy, the salesman has accommodated with patience every question and need for clarification that we have had. Emails and texts were quickly responded to with complete answers to our questions. The crew and truck drivers that came to dig the pool and haul the dirt were patient, kind and friendly. 5 hours to dig in the hottest part of the day...kudos for their self control! The pool installers are here today and again I am profoundly impressed with the level of manners, professionalism and kindness. It is my hope and belief that this experience from start to finish and for many years trouble free enjoyment will be the end result. I will post an update during different phases of the pool.

    In-ground pool instillation

    The team was very flexible to my requests, even with last minute changes to landscaping. The guys on site were very polite and took good care to ensure they minimized disruption to our day to day.

    Inground pool liner

    I recently had a new liner installed in my pool. There are several wrinkles that the installers could not get out. They suggested that I finish filling the pool and put the heater on and it may remove the wrinkles. They also said that their boss was coming out to inspect the liner . Nobody has come out. I finished filling the pool. My liner purchase came with a free pool opening. I called to see when they were coming to open the pool so that I could put the heater on. My calls were totally ignored. I went into the store to talk to a live person there and was told that they would get the woman from distribution to return my call. Nobody ever got back to me. I ended up opening the pool myself and left yet another message with the distribution person that I had done this and that they could provide my free opening next season. Nobody called me back to acknowledge this. I put the heater on and it had no effect on the wrinkles.I've called the distribution centre several times a day since to find out what is going to be done to fix this and my calls are consistently ignored. As of now I have probably called over 30 times and left over 20 messages and had absolutely zero response.

    Quality and service is terrible

    Only second season with our $50k pool and have had nothing but issues. Numerous service calls the first season and now a week into our pool being opened (by pioneer for $600) a part has stopped working in the heater!! Best of all, the response we get is that it's no big deal and we should just be patient. Only ONE gas fitter works for ALL their service calls and he's very busy so we should just be patient and someone will contact us in a few days to set something up!!! Acts like we're the pain in the neck here and should Just chill out. Paid a premium price because we were lead to believe they offered superior quality and service. Right !!! Right up until they cash the cheque and then your a nobody.

    disappointed

    Had been using Pioneer Pool services, but lately they have become very unorganized. They do not show up when booked and are difficult to get repairs done and I am always having to chase them and follow up. I would not recommend them anymore.
