    Stay away!!!

    GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING from them eg. make sure they dispose of the old equipment (I was told verbally they would, but they didn't), find out about the gas tech and prices, even installation dates, etc. Terrible service and exceptionally bad communication between the salesman and the installers. STAY AWAY!!!!

    Pool Liner Installation & Salt Water Conversion

    We have been meaning to write a review. The service was completed in 2015. This was by far the worst customer service ever experienced. The lack of organization and communication was appalling. Our pool liner leaked several times and we had to completely empty the pool 3 times. The only time something was actually done was when I contacted management. Now we have a brand new liner with patches. Who knows how long it will last. The salt water connection leaked also. You lost lots of business from this neighbourhood where many families have pools.

    service on new liner and pool opening

    Pioneer makes you pay ahead ... months and the dates for service and installing ... excuses weather etc... from last year . Their on site team of crew are individuals that will complain that they work 60 hours to 80 hours and do not get overtime...From their manager Adam or Andre ... no show on 6 o 7 service calls to repair damages are no reason for a client to get angry. You are to be on your way..... They have your full payment..... so I guess you as a client have to obtain legal recourse. Oakville

    We do take pre-payment to ensure booking confirmations. I understand almost all of the work we have completed at your home have been refunded. Unfortunately we are unable to perform service in your yard due to health concerns for our staff. We have been out multiple times to try and find ways to work together, but despite all attempts, we have had staff reported with concerns or symptoms and can no longer offer our services. We will of course make all fair and appropriate considerations for any overpayment or services not completed.

    with three pools being installed on street all within a week, amazing!!!! organized friendly,clean. Not one issue what so ever. from start to finish everything went as planned, everything was done as promised

    Very Poor Pool Service and Unanswered Customer Service Complaints

    This is the feedback we entered online at Pioneer Pools website soliciting service feedback, as well as followed up with correspondence to dbell@pioneerpools.com. No response from Pioneer Pools whatsoever: Unfortunately our experience with your pool opening services was very negative. We are repeat customers for openings and closing of our pool, so this last experience was very surprising. Here are some details as to why. 1) The pool cover was not rinsed and debris was left on it, folded with the debris back into our bag. 2) The pool cover anchors in the ground were left up not screwed back down leaving tripping hazards around our pool. 3) The waterline was not scrubbed or coped. 4) Hand tightening or refastened connectors were loose and leaking water. 4 points in total (to the Duo Clear; from the Duo Clear; to the sand filter, from the sand filter) were leaking 5) Chlorine Shock packets were not put into the pool but left on my backyard steps. 6) The new Duo Clear was installed and not left for me to install AFTER the pH and salt balanced. 7) The water level was about 1 inch above the skimmer, yet water was not removed to make the skimmer effective.

    Above ground pool

    Needed a reputable pool company. Oakville pioneer pools was amazing service and any issues I had they addressed right away. When I move I will def be purchasing another pool from them!!!

    Onground pool installation

    Redoing our backyard and putting it in the hands of Pioneer Pools and Chris Switzer out of Hamilton was one of the best decisions we have ever made. The staff at the store are extremely knowledgeable about products and design. They explained thoroughly every step of the process and were there to support us with such a huge project. Following the installation of the pool they were easily accessible to answer any of our questions. Doing something so large scale definitely requires hiring a team you can trust and I would hire Pioneer again and again and again.

    Inground Pool

    Pioneer pools was great to work with, the staff were friendly and courtesy. They did a great job installing the pool on time and did an excellent job answering all of our questions along the way.

    Onground pool

    Last summer in Hamilton, we had our "onground" pool installed by Pioneer Pools and their service from consultation with Chris S to installation was fantastic. We were unsure about the inground, onground and above ground decision but after talking to Chris we knew we were making the best decision for us. I would HIGHLY recommend Pioneer Pools to anyone looking for a reputable, clean, honest and reliable pool company!!!!

    Beautiful Inground Pool!!

    We had a beautiful inground pool installed in September 2016. It was an incredible overall experience! Any questions or concerns we had through the whole process, were always instantly answered by Chris. Ryan and his crew were true professionals and amazing to watch. Thank you Pioneer Pools for living up to your reputation. We will always recommend you!
