pioneer pools did a great job did the work in less time than quoted, the installers were very friendly and personable,and there follow up was great and the sales rep was very helpful

We bought a Hot Springs hot tub at this location. The hot tub itself is excellent, would definately reccomend Hot Springs, we love the product. the service from pioneer however wasnt great. It takes weeks for a part to come in and another few weeks to get it installed. The customer service is one of the worst we have ever experienced. We would NOT reccomend Pioneer for anything other than buying your chemicals.Answer from pro:

The job was completed quickly and professionaly. The workers were courteous and knowledgeable. We were extremely happy with the customer service we received when an issue arose. They responded quickly and resolved our issues with a "no nonsense" attitude. They were referred to us and I would recommend them to anyone.
