We purchased a hot tub from Pioneer Family Pools about 13 years ago and had it working for 10 years. Whenever we had a problem with it, they were very prompt and thorough with their service. When it started to leak after 10 years, they said it would be very expensive to find where the leak was and advised us not to waste our money. We are going to visit the home show this year and are looking at purchasing a new hot tub. If Pioneer is there, they will definitely be our first consideration. Thanks for years of great service.

This was the best renovation experience I have ever had. They came in ahead of schedule, below budget and without disrupting my family and neighbors! Pioneer Pools is the only way to go in Hamilton!!!!

we decided to installs a salt water system and we went to Pioneer.the service was good. they explained all what was necessary to this change. we got all the equipment and supplies from the store. we liked their service.

We talked to a gentlemen at pioneer pools and gave us alot of information about pools and prices and helped us decide what would be good for us or what price range. We wanted this one above ground pool just something to cool down in for the summer and we ended up deciding on one he said there was one left so we paid and waitting for it. Then we get a call from the same gentlemen saying that the warehouse made a mistake and didnt have one so he offered us one that was alittle bit better and alittle bit more in price but he did give us a deal on it and also some of the assorries for it to. I would recommend pioneer pools to anyone. I have tried other pool places but this one they do everything for you if something happens to your pool or even just a small part and also the guys that came to install the pool were so nice and did the work fast and cleaned everything up after.

With a new baby, we did not have the time to close our pool this year. With the winter fast approaching, we called Pioneer Family Pools who arranged to send a team out the following weekend (very short notice). The two lads they sent worked very quickly and efficiently. We weren't home (and had already turned off the outdoor taps) making it difficult to fill the water bags that hold the tarp in place. They actually sourced water themselves to fill it (rather than stopping the job). Amazing job> we will definitely use them next year!

Bryan is a true professional ! The crews worked though the worst weather and completed the pool in amazing time. We looked to have a pool installed 4 years ago and all but a fw pool contractors even showed up. because the access was tight, we wrote off the option of the pool unitl i decided to give it one more shot this spring. After discussing the deails with Bryan, we came over for a site visit an said the access was more than acceptable and they have doen installs where they have set up a conveyor belt system to dig out the pool. As soon as i heard this i knew Pioneer was the team for the project. Very simle and straight forwad process, they made it easier than buying a car. Two short visits later e had out dig scheduled and we were ready to go. Bryan connected with our contractor looking after the armor stone walls and pattern concrete and we were in business. From the dig all the way through to the final quipment set up , these guys knwo how to make thigns run and work smoothly. Like a well oiled clock ,tams show up on time, do what they need to do and move on. We are so happy with the Pioneer pool and have enjoyd it since June 1st this year. if you are looking for a pool and alk into this not knowing much about the process, your will be very comfortable with the process Pioneer has to complete the pool . I ordered a pool liner 4.5 weeks ago and was told it would be in, in 1-2 weeks.... I have had to call almost every week to get the ETA and have been met with snotty and rude associates (except 1) who half the time seem to have no idea whats going on OR they make up excuses!!! This store is aridiculous excuse for a business!! Considering Ive called around to other stores and they can have a liner in overnight there is NO reason the biggest pool store in Kingston should have ANY problems!! But they do because theyre incompetent!

Purchased a solar blanket last week with a 4-year warranty. Installed it the next day. The next morning it was torn where the straps attach - the wind must have caught it - it's very thin. Took a picture and the receipt back to show the service manager at Pioneer. He said it wasn't covered and wasn't their problem. He explained that the warranty simply covers any split on seams or if the layers come apart. He had no answer for why they sell substandard product. Don't buy this solar blanket. We won't be shopping at Pioneer anymore since they don't stand behind what they sell.

Thank you to everyone at Pioneer Pools in Oakville, Especially to Mike Lachowskyj who basically took care of everything and left us with the backyard we have always dreamed of. Thanks to Ashley and Outdoor Lifestyles and Rick at Gerrick Carpentry for transforming our rectangle of grass into the dramatic vacation spot our yard has become. Most of our friends who have pools all went with Pioneer so there was no question that Pioneer and Mike would be our first call. Everything was done with great care and craftsmanship from the guys digging the hole to the final inspection and orientation.
