Excellent professional service, on time. Had the pool opened, cleaned up and running on the date I had specified. Very pleased with the service year after year.

In March 2020, we decided it was the start of a global pandemic, why not add a bit more of stress to the mix so we embarked on a total backyard renovation. However, there was no stress when dealing with Pool Craft. From the first email through to the last drop of water, Pool Craft has been an incredible pleasure to work with for the installation of our salt water pool. It took us a while to commit and Jason and his team were patient and always willing to jump on a call to discuss or address our questions. We pulled the trigger later in the Spring season, hoping for an install same year knowing that COVID was impacting a lot. It was no problem for Jason to fit our pool into the schedule. Jason and his team was supportive throughout the whole process assisting and leading all aspects of the design, permitting, scheduling and work planning. While the shovels got into ground a bit later than originally scheduled, it worked in our favour as we got to enjoy our back yard for the full summer without being in construction. When construction began, it operated smoothly with very clear communication each day advising where they were in the process, what was next and anything that was pending. Jason and his team facilitated all the right folks to ensure the pool was set up and running before end of season. We even got to take advantage of the warm November weather for a quick dip. From the beginning to the end, Pool Craft excelled at: customer service, clear concise communication, craftmanship, scheduling, promptness, friendliness and overall customer service. We were very proud to have Pool Craft's sign out front while they were working and our neighbours equally appreciated how clean the job site was kept each and every day. Throughout the winter Pool Craft has checked on the pool a few times to make sure everything is okay. I would not hesitate to recommend family, friends or colleagues to work with Pool Craft. Their price is fair but the final outcome exceeded our expectations! THANKS Jason and team!

From start to finish Pool Craft was professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. From our first meeting with Rick, we knew that we would be in good hands. Our project was large in scale yet ran smoothly and Pool Craft was always upfront and honest. Numerous individuals worked diligently towards the completion of our backyard oasis but it was the hard work of Chris K and Curtis (Stone Craft) that really made our dream backyard come to fruition. Jessica was a pleasure as she really helped facilitate all the final details upon completion of the project. The whole pool craft team takes immense pride in their work and it shows. Bobby and his team have been helping me since last year to convert our pool to salt water pool and replace the liner. Their customer service is first class, they return calls and emails in hours and all their folks on site are so friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend Pool Craft for any work needed.

We use PoolCraft for our original design and construction in Richmond Hill and will be looking to them again to do second build in Collingwood. The whole project was done on time and on budget. They coordinated all elements of the construction project from the initial design through to the final landscape finishes. The service team was also always there for us. Highly dependable business and would continue to recommend them to others.

We hired Poolcraft to transform our backyard from a patch of grass to an oasis. It was a big project and required retaining walls, patio stone, grading, planting trees, landscape lighting, new fence, irrigation, etc. Poolcraft was very professional and did an amazing job. I particularly enjoyed working with Chris, who was very responsive and sent me a summary of work completed and next steps every single evening during the pool construction process. Would definitely recommend Poolcraft (and their sister company, Stonecraft) to anyone looking to build a pool and landscape their garden.

We had a wonderful experience with Pool Craft. The entire team was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. The crew was excellent, but Chris was exceptional in managing the project. Overall, the communication from Pool Craft was timely and accurate and they were onsite on time when they said they would be. We're very happy with the experience and with the final product of a beautiful backyard and pool!

Pool Craft led the complete upgrade of our backyard this summer. We went from a backyard we loved and used a lot for entertaining to a resort-like home paradise. Rick was instrumental in developing the vision with us and Jessica and Chris and their teams brought it to life. As with everything in 2020, there were some ups and downs with the project but they were always attentive to our needs and came up with great solutions. We loved that the pool team and the landscaping teams worked so closely together and coordinated their efforts. All crews were professional and great to work with. We are very much looking forward to enjoying our new backyard next year.

I had a slow leak in my pool back in June of 2020. Mike came out to look at it and found no pressure in 2 of the jets. He took some pics and then my visa was charged $523.12 with no invoice sent, no description of when and why I was charged so much. I tried numerous emails and phone calls requesting an invoice and have received nothing. They just took my money. Would not recommend Pool Craft for the very poor customer service.
