Pool construction
True professionals. Everything agreed to in advance was done as presented. Excellent communication, from the initial design to the finished product, they kept us up to date every step of the way. We’re very happy with the result, and would highly recommend.

Pool Equipment Replacement
Geoff and his team responded immediately to a pool equipment failure, showed up the next day with a replacement and was completed in a professional and tidy manner.

Pool chemistry
Always excellent advice and service. Pollen and caterpillars really did a number on the pool this year. One visit to Pool Craft, some advice and some pool chemicals, and the problem was solved.

What a pleasure!
I can’t sing but I will sing praises to Pool Craft all day long! The entire team has been a pleasure to deal with and the entire process from first phone call through to pool fill has been seamless, problem free and frankly, quite enjoyable. I would recommend Pool Craft to anyone looking to build out their backyard oasis. All through the planning, education of styles, equipment, chemicals and implementation it was an enjoyable and painless process. Jason and his team have created an environment in which a home owner can let their guard down, have some fun and let them, the experts, do their thing and do it well. Every time I was told something would happen, it did and I could bank on my daily email, like clockwork, to come in with an update from my Pool Craft project manager to notify me of what happened that day and what would be happening next. Communication was second to none. My family and I are now enjoying our pool and loving every minute. Thank you Pool Craft!!

Great service! Worth every penny
Pool craft gave us exceptional service, even when they were super busy with other customers, i didnt feel i was not getting their service. Great company! Chris and Jason are great! Recomend pool craft anytime!

Poolcraft did a great job building out pool and provided exceptional service after the build. They are available to help whenever we need something. The customer service team is knowledgeable and very quick with their responses. The service techs are always super friendly, helpful and show up on time. Great company!
