I get all my pool care products here. I have always found the staff to be pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure I know exactly what to do to properly care for my pool.

We have had some service requirements over the years, and the staff at Recreational Warehouse have always been very prompt and efficient to our needs. If we were to do it all over again, I will certainly go back to Recreational Warehouse Mississauga.

They are very reliable, customer service is excellent, and provide great troubleshooting solutions! The employees are always available to answer any questions, looking for product prices and information and never pressures you to buy the products! This place has to one of the best places that offers a nice selection, of hot tubs. The sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all of their prodcuts. Alex was a great help when we were there.. this is the only place i get all my hot tub needs..

After running into issues with a competitor Recreational Warehouse solved my problems with my pool and a new hot tub cover which the competitor failed to deliver on. Mike not only delivered the cover faster than what the competitor had promised, he was able to keep the price down as low as possible. The service and expertise from this business is top notch and I would recommend to anyone looking to feel comfortable with all their pool and spa needs. Best of class for sure.
