This summer I purchased an above ground pool. Mike was very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable. He listened to and answered all my questions. Alex was invaluable is helping me comply with the Brampton By-Laws. He prepared the drawing for us. The crew that came and installed the pool were very professional. Since the purchase they have been extremely helpful with training, and tips for looking after the pool. Going into the store is like visiting friends. I would highly recommend them for any Pool and Spa requirements.

If you haven't shopped here for pool or spa supplies you are missing out on helpful, friendly service! The hot tub we required was not only for luxury but for therapeutic purposes. They have assisted ongoing with chemistry and repairs.

I’ve shopped around for the best knowledge, service and prices on supplies and equipment for my pool and these guys have it all. Unlike some pool stores, they stock all the parts my older pool needs and their experienced staff know their stuff because they’re pool owners facing the same challenges I do. Pool season is short in Ontario and they help me make sure my pool is ready to go asap and stays crystal clear all summer. Their coupons are great and they will give customers another name if they can’t provide a service or fix a problem; I’ve never heard, “Sorry, I can’t help you.” Recreational Warehouse has earned my business and more importantly, my trust. I will never go anywhere else again.

As every hot tub owner knows - fixing problems and getting good service can be difficult. I've owned my hot tub now for 12years and had minimal problems. Recently I had a control board issue that I couldn't fix and called down. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and polite. In these days that's a combination that's hard to find sometimes. He walked me through the process and got my tub running again smoothly. On a side note It's a 45min drive to get to their store and well worth the trip for the service and pricing. Thanks Guys

Bought a pool from Mike and Alex at international pool and spa centre on Hensall circle in Mississauga. They are both very pleasant and honest to deal with. The price was very reasonable and the delivery of pool was on time. Both of these guys and staff very helpful in my learning curve with pool. I was so pleased with their service etc I bought a hot tub. They were so informative as how the set up is done. It was very quick. They also offer a spa school to assist with learning. I love both the pool and hot tub so much I should of done it years ago. If your are in the market for either you consider using these guys.

We purchased our first ever hot tub in April from this location. Mike provided all the information we needed to make the right decision for our family. It was a pressure free environment and incredibly friendly! The delivery came on time as promised and was professional, quick and very well done! We recently went to purchase the chemicals required and had another great experience! Thanks to Mike we will be retune customers for years to come!!!

We purchased a hot tub from here a year ago. The sales rep was great, pricing was good and the sales team's knowledge of their product is what made us choose them over a local competitor. We are so happy with the product and have continued to go back to the store for our cleaning supplies, chemicals, etc. We couldn't be happier with how everything went in the purchasing process and the continued service we get from the people at this store. Wonderful job guys, we will continue to recommend you to anyone who asks where we purchased our tub!

I have recently seen some negative posts about Recreational Warehouse Mississauga. I would like to compare my experience to the minority of negative ones. I had a 24’x12’ in ground fiberglass pool and a 1200L 7’x7’ hot tub installed in my back yard last summer by Recreational Warehouse Mississauga. I heard about Recreational Warehouse when I was at the Exhibition 5 years ago and spoke to their Sales Manager at length. He left a lasting impression and that is why I called Recreational Warehouse Mississauga. Sure enough who walked into my back yard to provide the preliminary steps of getting a pool installed. I got more than one quote. The Sales Mangers at both companies were very nice to deal with. No pressure at all. In the end, Recreational Warehouse offered a more competitive price and offered more equipment options/ideas compared to the other company. Installing a swimming pool in your surburbia backyard is not a relaxing venture. It is actually quite stressful. You are having a massive hole dug in your backyard, and then having a pool hoisted over your house by a crane from the street. It is a major undertaking and I am glad I chose Recreational Warehouse to do this. The Store Manager and Sales Manager very nice and very pragmatic. They told me how the project would pan out and warned me that my backyard would look like a battleground. I appreciated this. They did not “sugar coat” anything. I knew what to expect……. even though you really don’t. My wife and I had many concerns and preconceived notions throughout the project. My advice to potential pool owners is to listen and rely on the managers and staffs experience, recommendations and judgment. After all, they have been doing this for a while. The Store Manager and Sales Manager always returned my emails and phone calls in a prompt and respectable time frame. I had a manufactures defect with my pool heat pump, and with a light in my hot tub, nothing to do with the Recreational Warehouse. These things happen. Recreational Warehouse dealt with both these issues in a prompt and satisfactory manner. At my place of work, I hire different vendors. I have no problem paying a bit more if the after purchase support is there. This is the case with Recreational Warehouse. Their support and advice is more than I ever expected, and is probably my highest accolade for them. When you by a pool or hot tub, you will be buying maintenance supplies. I enjoy going to Recreational Warehouse’s Mississauga location to buy these supplies. It gives me a chance to keep seeing the people who helped create our back yard oasis. Matthew L

In February I decided on one of our warmer nights this winter (probably still -5) that it was time to change the water in our spa and after re-filling it with water turned on the breaker only to find that one of our pumps would not prime as it usually does. Removing the access panel to poke around and see if I could figure out why it would not prime I accidentally broke away a plastic fitting at the top of our spa pump and water immediately started pouring out. I turned off the breaker and since it was now 9:45pm I had probably completely ruined our spa. In a desperate measure I sent an e-mail to Alex hoping there was a small chance he would answer me. In only about 15 minutes our phone rang and Alex was kind enough to let me know the exact steps that would stop the leaking and prevent our spa from freezing and even better he put my mind at ease. The spa survived the night and the next day I was able to pick up a replacement part that was an easy fix and our spa was up and running again. In my opinion this is excellent service that seems too hard to find in many businesses. I did get the opportunity of thanking Alex in person but thought it was important that you were aware of his great customer service. This reflects very well on your organization and I have shared this story with many of my friends and colleagues.
