I purchased a Coast Helios Hot Tub from Recreational Warehouse in Mississauga. The hot tub was installed in January 2011 and I've had nothing but problems with it right from the beginning. On day one the heater didn't work and the heat sensors had to be replaced over the next couple of weeks. Shortly thereafter the LED lights started acting up and had to be fixed. In March 2011 we found that the hot tub was leaking and needed to be dismantled in order to fix the leak. Over the next 5 months two of the head cushions had torn off and one had to be replaced (at my expense) as well as the LED lights fixed yet again in November. Now (December 2011 and 50 days later) the LED lights are malfunctioning once again (3rd time) and Recreational Warehouse is telling me that I now have to pay to get them fixed even though they have failed to properly fix them several times since I purchased the hot tub. I am also having issues with several of the jets popping out of their base so I have to turn the jet off completely to avoid it from becoming dislodged and floating around the hot tub. Needless to say that I am not satisfied with the quality of the Coast Hot Tub nor the quality of service and support that I am receiving from Recreational Warehouse in Mississauga. Both will never see my see my business again. Buyer beware.

We purchased a Manhattan hot tub from Recreational Warehouse (International Pool and Spa) in 2006. I was very impressed with the quality of the hot tub and the service we received. They offered us a class to attend to show us how to take care of the tub not just externally but also how to maintain the water chemicals and what to use and when. We did our homework with the various competitors and were really happy with what we saw with this tub. It has been a great purchase, and for the very few times it seemed like something was wrong the service team have been very quick to address and rectify the situation.

We had a hot tub for years, but wanted a cabana to allow us to use it in the rain and heavy snow. We found the perfect cabana at a homeshow and purchased the cabana for later installation. The only issue we had was trying to arrange to have the cabana installed at the same time as the ozonator was being replaced. The job was done quickly and looks great.
