Went to Ridley because they were the only way to buy Norwood windows in Ontario. The windows were of great quality and the installation had some issues but in time they were resolved.

Less than 10 years ago, we had our windows replaced. At the time, we were satisfied with the service Ridley provided. We were not, however, happy with the ease of taking the windows out for cleaning-- the process was much more difficult than has originally been indicated. Two years ago, the windows began showing signs of rotting...turning spongy around the moldings. Although we contacted Ridley, it took a very long time for them to respond. Three times workers came to our house to measure for replacement parts. And they measured wrong. THREE TIMES!!! This isn't rocket science, people. After further aggrevation, and calling the head office, we have given up. The service is truly terrible and they care little about their customers. We still don't have our windows fixed, but have decided to seek help elsewhere, since there isn't any to be had with Ridley. Terrible customer service.

I wanted to buy easy to clean windows and wanted energy efficient ones. The salesman recommended Norwood brand. They looked good in the showroom but I was sold windows that are NOT easy to clean from inside the house. The mechanism to flip windows out are badly designed. The screens are a big hassle to put back. Clips that hold the screens are also terrible design. All in all these windows take hours to clean. Installation was a BIG hassle. They booked a date with me which I took off from work to be there then they cancelled. The men who installed the windows were creepy...

The installation of 23 windows a knock out of a wall and sliding door in its place and a sliding door replaced with French in swinging doors was done in 2 days. They were so neat all old windows were removed and placed in there truck. They even took the time to clean each and every window and door so I had no fingerprints or smudges to deal with (God Bless Them).But the best part is that I can't hear the screaming kids in the neighborhood any more. Besides now having one of the best looking homes in the block, I know it is the quitest inside my home. My heating costs are down by 1/3! I must say my casement windows are the best investment I have ever made. Thankyou Ridley Windows and Doors!

Rob Pugsley at Ridley was terrific in helping us select windows that would look good in an older house with lots of wood trim. He has a wonderful eye for detail and design and the windows exceed our expections. Also, there was a scratch in a glass pane and Ridley's service in dealing with this was outstanding. Top of the line job !

We have had Ridley Windows and Doors back to our home several times as they are the only company we would trust for our doors and windows. They first did French doors in our kitchen, then French doors in our family room, and then came back to install new windows throughout our home. This company ranks best in service, quality and workmanship and I HIGHLY recommend them. They will go above and beyond what is expected to satisfy their customers. They exceeded any expectations I had by far!!

We went to the showroom to pick our product and found the products to be very good. We did a major purchase and some complicated spaces and windows to install and it all went well. Some of the screens didn't match but they came right away to replace them. The installation was on time and the team were tidy.

The install went fine but several items needed a follow up visit and some paint touch up. Painting was completed quickly as they sub contract to Finer Edge Painting. However still waiting for the other items to be completed more than six months after the install. Phone calls are never returned, staff turn over on a regular basis so when you are dealing with one person the next time you call they're not employed there any longer. Emails not returned. Management always has an excuse and don't seem particularly concerned. I've never seen such poor customer service and incompetence. I've contacted them one more time to see if they intend to complete the job. They did acknowledge the issues and lack of service. Said they would address the deficiencies. We'll see.

We replaced the main front entrance door and the sliding door to the back yard. After much research it was clear to us that Ridley offered the best combination of quality and value. The front door is a non standard size wood Norwood door. The quality and apprearance are both first rate and the door has already been complimented many times. The backyard sliding door is a Kolbe. The quality and design are great. Our initial contact was our salesman, Mario Marta. He is knowledgable, professional and an all around great guy to deal with. Paul Power, who oversees the installtions was also extremely helpful and organized and the install team did a great job. They made sure we were fully satisfied. We will be using Ridley again.

We were very impressed with the quality and finish of the windows we ordered from Ridley Windows & Doors. Our sales representative was excellent. After initial sizing and quotes, shop drawings were sent for review which reflected our needs accurately. In visiting the showroom to look at their products, we found a variety of brands which included Norwood and Kolbe & Kolbe. We had a lot of choice in exterior colours and were were impressed by the prefinished product and the quality of the wood windows. We decided to go with the Norwood windows which are produced in Canada. After finalizing our order it only took approx 3 weeks before we got the call to deliver with a proper timeline. All of the windows were packed with care and delivered with the same consideration. Luckily, my husband knows how to install these things and after six hours of of skillful work, the windows were in place with no damage. Some Trim was applied to the inside and a stunning new elevation to our house was created. We would definitely recommend Ridley Windows & Doors to anyone wishing a quality product and a fair price.
