My family and I moved into a beautiful home in Orangeville but the windows were terrible. We moved in in February, and you could feel a breeze coming through a closed window standing two feet away.We replaced all of them with casements a year later.Our heating bill was almost cut in half.Ridley was amasing they were dead on on every measurment the windows were installed 6 weeks later like they had said There instalation team were curtious and clean.Thankyou Ridley Windows and Doors.

We ordered windows from Ridley Windows and Doors for a new house. They not only supplied great quality material they assisted in making the exterior design which made our home look very upscale.

Again (second big job ) we are extremely satified.From sketch to colour matching culminating in installation----this team is professional. Paul scheduled per wife's direction and Lawrence the installer chief did another great job. And the installers cleaned and vacuumed.

If you purchase windows from this firm beware of their service. We have had numerous problems with the Kolbe windows we purchased in terms of delivery and product quality. When we went back to Ridley to have the deficiencies rectified they completed some items but not others. Then try and get them to come back! I have never dealt with a firm that has left me so exasperated. They seem to operate on the back of an envelope. There are no systems in place to ensure that work has be done, done properly, or done to the customer's satisfaction. I was quite vocal with senior management but they seemed to be either dismissive or uncaring. When I have mentioned my predicament to others the response has been "Oh, I've heard that about them". Wish I'd heard that before buying windows from Ridley.

I am extremely pleased with the service the Ridley Windows provided for me. Right from the saleman, to the office staff, and the installers, I received first rate, first class treatment. The installers were neat and tidy and did an excellent job of installing the windows, 2 of which were on the 2nd floor and the third and biggest was installed on the 3rd floor. A job very well done. We were replacing our leaking windows with new french doors and windows. The initial contact with Rob was great.. He was quick on getting the quote to us and booked our install date so that we'd know definitively when we'd get the product. The Installation crew arrived on time, headed by Paulo, were extremely efficient and were able to solve a number of issues that no one expected yet still finished on time. We had been concerned about service as the company is based in Toronto and our property is in Picton, yet we've been able to get the outstanding minor issues resolved to our satisfaction. All in all we think it's a great company and would recommend them to others.

We contracted Ridley to install 11 new pocket style vinyl windows in our home. They sell a great product and price was reasonable. Sales staff were great – not to pushy and knew their stuff. We had a little difficulty getting the final measurements done (after many calls they finally came) but it didn’t slow down the installation. The installers did a nice job except for one small problem which was quickly corrected. I believe Ridley takes care of their higher priced wood window window projects ahead of the smaller vinyl ones so just keep on them and you’ll be happy you did.

Ridley offers outstanding service and product! Doug Bannon from Ridley helped us choose all of our windows and doors. He offered us exceptional service and expertise, from assisting us with choosing the colour of our windows, right down to designing the mullions on the back windows so they looked even from a distance (the windows aren’t the same size). We couldn’t be happier with our windows and doors!

Over the years, all of our windows and one set of exterior French doors have been replaced with Ridley products. The quality of the windows and doors is superior, and the service provided by the sales and service departments is outstanding. Follow-up service is easy to book, timely and professional. Installers are very knowledgeable about their product and eager to help. We would highly recommend Ridley Windows and Doors for your next renovation.
