Great service and wonderful staff! They were on-time, clean and organized. I was very pleased with our experience. I would recommend them to friends and family who required any work!

This company is just filled with people who want to take your money. We had Edward come in and fix the upstairs toilet because it was clogged and the basement was leaking under the toilet. He "cleared the blockage" by changing the gasket and charged us but as soon as someone used the toilet it got clogged again. We called them and he came back and said the toilet bowl needs to be changed for an extra 285! I said no because I no longer trusted their service. I called another plumbing company that came here before and they fixed the problem with one visit. I kept calling the "office manager" David to try to get my money back, and they keep dodging my calls or say that they cannot do a refund and they keep hanging up on me in the middle of my conversation. So please, find another plumbing company other than this company. The people are very unprofessional and rude.

Justin answered my call at 8:45 at night regarding a blocked drain and sewage in the basement and was at the house by 9:15. He diagnosed and addressed the problem quickly and efficiently, was knowledgeable and pleasant, and the price was very fair. I'll be using Roto-rooter again!

We had a hug backup in our main floor powder room along with pipes that had frozen and burst. We called Roto Rooter and they came very promptly despite it being the ice storm during the holiday season. They quickly identified the problem, and gave us a couple of options on how to fix it both short and long-term. I would use them again.

Blocked sewage line for a week. City puts in a clean out to a lateral sewage line shared by 14 houses, problem is somewhere on private property. Kyle is sent by Roto Rooter to snake our drain, and through his persistence and hard work, snaking from both my house and the city clean out, clears the blockage! Kyle was professional and diligent, neat and clean in my house, and did not stop trying to solve the problem. He cleared the blockage, and now I can flush without worry of a basement flood for the first time in 8 days. Thanks Kyle, Thanks RotoRooter!

Roto rooter came to clean my floor drain since it was draining sluggishly. They fixed the problem in 1/2 an hour. Very happy with their courteous service and competent abilities.

We've used Roto Rooter for a number of years to deal with the root balls that build up in the very old city pipes in downtown Toronto. Always very professional and courteous. Also maintain as tidy a work site as possible. Recently had a billing issue about a complication that took everyone by surprise several years after a job was completed. Very impressed with the professional response. It is the mark of a good company that when problems arise, they take responsibility. It is important to know that a business stands behind their work for projects that can often be in the thousands of dollars.

If I could give Justin, my Project Manager from Roto Rooter, a score of 20 I would! Justin came in the middle of the night when my wastewater pipe backed up into my basement. After clearing the problem, he used a camera to view the issue and discovered the metal "test t" in my wastewater pipe was rusting and needed to be replaced. Normally, this is a relatively easy project, as the Roto Rooter crew dig down 11 feet and replace the metal part with PVC pipe. In my case, though, they discovered sand mixed with water at 7 feet, and the earth started collapsing into the hole. They had only encountered this at one other house and it's a problem. Justin was an amazing Project Manager. He outlined my options, discussed all of the pros and cons and then co-ordinated a day that included the rental of a steel cage to be lowered into the ground, a hydrovac truck to vacuum up the dirt, sand and water, and the delivery of dirt and gravel. This was a high stress situation as the gas line had to be exposed. Also, my insurance agent had informed me that property insurance contracts in Ontario typically have clauses that exclude coverage for "earth movement". If a sinkhole had occurred, I would have been on the hook to pay for it even if it impacted the foundation of my house. Justin calmly got me through the project. Many thanks to Igor and all of the Roto Rooter team that assisted. I have recommended Roto Rooter to all of my neighbours who will likely encounter the same issue.

When I was researching companies to do the work, Roto-Rooter responded quickly, and came to my house within a day to give me an estimate. I chose them because of the reviews, not because of price (they were in the middle range of estimates I received). George and his crew came to do the work, and it was done quickly and they cleaned up the mess. The estimate they provided was admittedly lower than it should have been, but the company honoured the original estimate without a hassle.

Justin and his crew were awesome! They came quickly in a time of emergency and did the job fast and well. However, I feel as if I got completely hosed on this job, as it was an emergency and I hired the first plumber I could find. All other plumbers I've talked to about the job have quoted me 1/3 of the price. Oh well; if you need a job done WELL and FAST and money isn't an issue, call Justin.
