Our drain was being blocked and it was after hours so we had to call someone who could make it out at that time. Roto Rooter was able to send someone within a few hours. They fixed the problem quickly and easily (it wasn't a difficult issue), but it did seem a bit expensive.

A large drain pipe leak made a mess. Roto Rooter sent their plumber over the long weekend without any extra charge. Chris did fantastic job and was trying to diagnost the problem while making the least possible damage to dry walls. Job was done profesionally with final price closely matching estimate. To have peace of mind, we've joined Mr Rooter Plumbing membership club. Membership discount was applied to this very first call.

My powder room toilet failed between the bowl and tank. It had flooded my basement while I was away on vacation. When I returned, they were able to come over same day and assess the situation. I am always leary of doing any work without thorough research, but I needed a toilet and Jordan seemed like he wasn't putting too much of a sales pitch on. I ended up buying the toilet and having it installed next day. Jordan was courteous, explained the process and the job seems to be fairly clean. I didn't give them a 10 because I didn't do multiple quotes like I normally would in order to have a baseline on price and potential service / quality.

This just happened, the day before Mother's day the sink in my kitchen got clogged... I tried to repair myself with the help of a friend no sucess. After a few phone calls and some over priced quotes I end up using Roto Rooter, Billi was the guy sent within 01 hour, I little afraid how they charge(per hour) but I took my chances... No regrets! Amazing work... Deep clog, over 25 feet deep, within one hour the job was done! Great service from call centre to the plumber himself... My wife is now happy...

I had an issue in the house where water was coming up from the basement floor when I did a load of laundry. Had 3 companies to provide quotes and comments and all 3 said same thing - blocked pipes leading out of the house because of huge tree I have in front of the house. The roots of the tree got into the clay pipes that were the original from the house (1978). At the end of the day, I went with roto-rooter and soo very glad I did. They really did an amazing and clean job. One day, they spent making a hole in my cellar (around 2 or 3 feet deep) and another hole outside by the tree (around 10 feet deep). The next day, they installed the new PVC Plastic pipes, patched up the floor in the cellar and cleaned up outside as well. Very impressed and happy. Would highly recommend them.

Did some renovations and had to remove my 50 year old air pipe and modernize my clean out. A lot of digging was involved. They got the job done very fast and very clean. I was worried about the mess inside, but all was done very professionally.

said clay pipe had cracked and it needed to be replaced. called another company who did a camera inspection and verified no cracks and found the cause of the problem. would not trust roto-rooter!

I was away and my brother-in-law called and let me know there was issues with the toilet backing up - he mistakenly called Roto Rooter - I asked him to call a similarly named company. Anyways - they snaked the drain and informed him that the clay pipe had collapsed and it needed to be repaired immediately ('We can start tomorrow! - for $3000) ... I told him to pay the guy and tell him we'd get back to him. Basically called another company and they came in with the camera and said the drain was cleared of roots - and it was not collapsed. Would it have to be replaced? Eventually - but it was nowhere near a collapse. And when I called Roto Rooter to complain - they did nothing. They never even returned my call. Nice. I would NEVER recommend them.
