I had a sewer back up in my parents home and called them as they are in the phone book and sound familiar. Although they were quick to come out the cost was much higher that expected and they said the problem was on the City's side when in fact after confirmation from the City (TV Inspection) it was on the private side. I had to pay for the city's time as well - not satisified at all.

My family had severe plumbing issues due to roots of trees that had gotten into our plumbing system. Their service was quick and profession, and worked around my tough work schedule. Would highly recommend

They were punctual and professional ... expensive but good. Called them on a Monday and they were there on the tuesday. Job was done quickly and was not too intrusive

The coach house in our rental property had a stubborn clogging problem which we noticed when the previous tenants moved out. We called roto rooter and when they sent their technician, he was useful in snaking the drain and helpful in making sure that we knew what regular maintenance was required in order to keep the drain clear.

In my previous apartment, the bathroom drain consistently had problems draining. We called Roto Rooter several times and each time they got it cleared for up to 6 months before the problem would start up again. It seems that the drain may not have been properly sloped but then again, perhaps they simply were unable to solve the real problem (I have no way of knowing). They did give some discounts on follow up calls if the drain re-clogged within a short period of time which was appreciated. They were also good about showing up on time.

I went into our basement one morning, and noticed incges of water everwhere! I made one call to RotoRooter - they were there in an hour and quickly sorted out what the problem was. We had a crew there by lunchtime, and the pipe was dug up and replaced by mid-afternoon. The drain is warrenteed for 20yrs, and even if we sell the house it will transfer to the new owners. We highly recommend them!

We had to call a plumber to unplug a clogged drain in the shower which was connected to our toilet. Roto rooter came out within a few hours and promptly fixed the clog. They even gave us tips on how we can prevent clogs in the future. I would recommend roto rooter to all my friends and family.

The technician (plumber) arrived on time, was respectful, polite and clearly explained the work before he started. He provided us with a detailed estimate. He, finished the work and cleaned up sooner than was projected. The final invoice matched the estimate. We were very satisfied with the work and would recommend using this service to any of our friends and neighbours

We called Roto Rooter because we had an issue with our upstairs toilet. The water would not stop running after flushing. The serviceman that came was very professional and friendly. He had the correct part and successfully and quickly repaired our toilet. He accepted the coupon we printed from the company website. I would recommend this company.

Do not use these guys. I called at 7:00 am and they said someone would call me right back. I called again at 9:30 am and they had no record of my call. When someone finally showed up to fix a leaky faucet he didn't have the parts so he had to go to a local supplier to get them. He returned without the parts, but charged for his time to go to the store and back. He ended up replacing the faucet in abou0t 15 minutes but charged for two hours of service for his driving around. Extremely unprofessional, I will never use them again or recomend to anyone else.
