The drain basket had separated from the drain and pipe in my kitchen sink due to rust. Robert, the plumber sent by Roto Rooter, fixed it quickly and efficiently and was very good about explaining what was involved prior to and while doing the work as well as being very pleasant to deal with. I also found Kim and Greg, the two people I spoke with at Roto Rooter, extremely friendly and nice. I would definitely call Roto Rooter again if the need arises and recommend them. Wendy

We had a leaky drain pipe which needed immediate attention. Roto Rooter sent a plumber quickly. He was okay. Not an expert but in the end he fixed the problem. The bill was much too high for the amount of work but maybe that's the going rate.

Drain problem was identified on the weekend and Roto Rooter was contacted. A rep came within a 12 hour period. DRain work started within two day and was completed within two days. During the discussion with Roto Rooter they informed me that part of the bill would be paid with the city and they arranged the paperwork

My bathtub was not draining properly, so I called Roto-Rooter. True to their advertising, they came the same day, pullled a large hairball out of the drain and charged me reasonably. I would call them again for a quick fix.

I hired them to replace my tap. They charged me for the gas to come to my house to install a tap I had purchased. They did install it, but it leaked almost right away. I did not want to see them again, because I did not want to pay for his gas again, so I called another company. I really do not recommend them.

they finally get the job done but it took a while and they made a huge mess that they didn't clean up and they kept saying things to me that I didn't understand. I didn't like their service at all but who else can you use?

\the company always seems to be punctual and professional they are friendly, understanding and honest, which is a very important trait amongst plumbers. \i have recommended them to my friends for years and never had a complaint other than the cost, which is industry standard anyway. \i hope they will continue to be around for years to come and i have them on my speed dial!

The company had good communication skills and made me aware of what was happening. Did a decent job of cleaning up, were aware of their surroundings and didnt want to disturb too much. They were very punctual and completed the job quickly, in one day. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who wants fast and efficient service.
