I had a city approved water-meter installed in my basement. The work was done professionally, and he correctly advised that I had a lead pipe which needed to be replaced. He suggested I get a quote from the city contractor who would have to do the replacement from the mainline to our property. I thought that was honest, as he could have quoted me for the work himself, which would have cost more. Satisfied customer.

In the start of the job, the technician clarified that the job is paid by the hour and it was Ok with us. Later, he charged extra for another job that he did for us and he explained that it is the second job and it is not included with the first one which he did not explain clearly in the first place.

We had a basement shower drain that was all clogged up and they quickly solved a long-standing slow draining drain. They came on time as scheduled and were clean and polite.

Although the service is not cheap, we had 2 great experiences with the company (2002 and 2004). Very efficient with time, got to the problem quickly and repaired to our complete satisfaction.

Had a clogged drain. They promised to come within one hour, took 4 hours. They said on the telephone it would be about $100 for snaking. Once they saw my property, they charged me $600!! They had the gall to want a deposit to come back for a video inspection. Too expensive for a common problem.

Plumbing, has anyone found a cheap plumber in their life? $90 for a 5min job of soddering a pipe. Expensive yes, on time yes, professional yes, expertise yes. They would not give me a quote over the phone. They prefer to send a plumber over and give you an estimate on the spot even if you tell them what the problem is (simple weld job) Anyway job was professionally done and has stood the test of time.
