I was contacted by an employee and given a 2 hour window for the next day and told to expect a call 1 hour prior to arrival. An hour past the window, I called Rotorooter and was that they hadn't booked anyone for the job despite talking to an employee directly the day before. If they can't manage to schedule a job properly, I wouldn't trust them to do complete any work on my home. Will be looking elsewhere, very disappointed after taking a half day off work expecting proper service.

Jermaine cleaned the back flow valves we had installed several years ago. We have two units: one for our catch basins and one for waste water. He did the job neatly and efficiently, explaining what he was doing and letting me examine the valves before and after he cleaned them. Thanks!!

On May 8 the drain in our kitchen sink was clogged. The technician, Eric, cleared it but found that the pipes attached to the sink as well as a portion of the basement pipe were eroded. The plumber, Christopher and Eric returned on May 10 to replace the pipes. We were very impressed with the manner in which these gentlemen conducted themselves. They were very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful - they explained everything and what needed to be done. Christopher inspected the work to make sure everything was fine. He also recommended what we should do to keep the drains clear. The lady in the office was also very efficient. She always phoned to let us know the technicians were coming and followed up to ask if they arrived. We were very impressed with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter.

Hired Roto-Rooter to replace a section of a broken drain pipe in our basement. Keith was knowledgeable, Profesional and friendly . Very happy with his work. Thank you very much!

It was about 10pm and we tried everything to unclog the sink..no luck. Called roto rooter and they were here in less than an hour. Doug was fantastic, polite and got the job done in about 45 minutes with a 60 foot snake. A little pricier than other smaller plumbers but well worth the convenience and job done properly. Definitely would recommend. Thanks Doug!!

I had 2 different leaks, one in bathroom and a more serious one in kitchen. Roto Rooter offered to send someone out immediately, but I requested the next day. Herb arrived as planned, and was polite, knowledgeable and respectful. He worked like a professional detective to figure out what the sources were, and one was not very obvious. I am very pleased with the work, and will definitely continue to use Roto Rooter.

I called After hours on a Saturday, the operator was kinda rude. Next morning by 10:30 no one had showed up. I called Again, an lovely lady picked up the phone and told me that there was nothing booked for me from the nigh before. After rescheduling the appointment , Stewart showed in my house within the hour, he was nice and cordial (my dog loved him) and had the issue resolved in a pinch... I recommend RotoRooter, but they really need to look into some of their phone agents interactions with customers to be more cordial (some of them) Thanks Luis
