I had roots blocking the drain from my furnace humidifier. Another company wanted to dig up the floor in the furnace room and recement the area. The cost was quite large.. Roto Rooter sent Brian over the same day I called. Brian was most knowledgeable and efficient. He cleaned the drain of the roots and scoped the drain to be sure it was clear. Brian had all the necessary equipmenet and took great care of me needs! I would strongly recommend him and Roto Rooter!

Have been dealing with Roto Rooter for 7 years now in 2 separate houses and have had nothing but prompt, professional and courteous service. They have given me top notch advice at all turns whether it be drains, pipes, leaks or general restoration. Clint is as thorough as they come on the restoration end of things and has knowledge well beyond his primary duties. Justin also has given me sound practical advice. I hear about about other places that may cost a bit less but if you care about prompt and professional service, along with getting things done right the first time don’t hesitate to use Dino and his staff.

Receptionists were helpful and prompt. Her Osborne was wonderful. Very knowledgable and skilled. Also thoughtful and respectful. 80-year-old mother/grandmother felt very comfortable and confident having Herb in her home to do work, especially during pandemic. Would definitely use and recommend Roto Rooter in future.

BEWARE of this company - THEY THIRD-PARTY SUBCONTRACT WITHOUT INFORMING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I never write reviews but have to alert potential customers to our experience with this Roto-Rooter. The plumber who performed the assessment was lovely and seemed capable so we decided to go with them, also because of their reputation. The person we initially dealt with was not who did the work we were not informed that our work was going to be subcontracted out to another company. The basement apartment where the work was done was left a complete mess, mud on walls, the ceiling, throughout the apartment. They did nothing to contain their mess. It was shocking to see. Additionally they left all of their mess and debris in our front yard for over a week. They left mud all over our front porch and bannister when they ate lunch there. The plumbers didn’t flush out the drains properly resulting in a lingering smell of sewage in the apartment for at least 10 days. We had to fix the drain issue ourselves after performing internet research on how to do this. We complained to Roto-Rooter and they agreed to reimburse us $200 as a cleaning fee. 8 weeks later the money has still not been refunded and now my calls are screened and messages not returned. The contact I was dealing with told me I am not the only customer to make complaints about the company they subcontracted the work out to. So he knows it is an issue. Which is even more maddening. STAY AWAY FROM ROTO-ROOTER THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. There are many other good and trustworthy plumbers out there.

We experienced a rupture in what i believe is a bladder of our water softener. I was away and my wife delt with it with the help of a neighbour. Costa came promptly on Saturday, and together they figured out the problem, set up a plan, and I dealt with Costa the next week. He fixed everthing, Toilets, faucets, etc. thoroughly. He and his assistant were clean and efficient. I was very happy with their service.

We are very grateful that Herb from Roto Rooter came to our plumbing emergency in the evening. He was knowledgeable, and very patient in explaining the situation to us. His quick action, professionalism and plan for our plumbing needs has truly shown him to be an exceptional tradesman.

Received an urgent call from our building superintendent. Water was leaking in to my neighbors apartment. Tim arrived in less than 2 hours of our call, assessed and repaired! Tim was super friendly, professional and fixed my flapper and gasket asap! So grateful! Thank you, Tim!

Experienced a drain blockage. The first service person snaked the inside drain only. Charged me $345. The blockage persisted. I called to request service again. It turns out that the first guy should have snaked the outside drain since tree routes were blocking the sewer pipe. The second guy snaked the outside pipes and charged me another $345. He said "well, it is just your word against the first service guy who screwed up". I complained to the office administrator who agreed to give me a 15% discount. Guess what...I never did get the discount. Never mind that they should not have charged me anything for the second service call. I will be taking my future business elsewhere.
