Having used Rusco Distrubutors in the past - we decided to use them again (after 20 years) to replace all of our windows on the main floor of our bungalow. Israel - the salesman - was very pleasant & very knowlegeable in tellling us what the best selection would be for all of the windows. The workmen were also very good in doing the job - They also cleaned up after the job was completed. Also Isreal came by during the job to make sure everything was going as planned & he assured me that if there were any problems - they would be taken care of. I have been dealing with Rusco for over 20 years after moving into a new house needing a front lobby glass screen and receiving a great recommendation from a friend. Rusco has since replaced all my windows, added a bay window and, last month updated my front lobby door although the original one was still working perfectly. I found the staff and Mr. Reinberg great people to deal with - service professional, quiet and any follows-ups dealt with immediately. I do not need any more windows or doors replaced, but if I did I would just put out a call to Rusco.

We had a very difficult custom window job and this was the only company (out of many) that found a solution. Installation was good and their follow-up throughout the process was excellent.

Our family has been dealing with Rusco Distributors for over 20 years, and have always been extremely satisfied with every aspect of their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them at any time to anyone. They have installed windows, soffits, and eaves in the past. All work was performed on time, and to our satisfaction.

Recently we had a new steel door, screen and side by side window installed by Rusco. Their service team was punctional and professional. The door looks great and even better, works well. Many companies can install or replace a fixture for you but it is the after sales service that defines their success and ability to attract repeat business. We had a small issue with the screen door and Rusco was very quick to correct this issue and even sent in the manufacturer to ensure everything was in good working order. The best reference I can give to any company is that I would use them again....and I would use Rusco again.

All my questions were answered & I felt no pressure from Israel, the salesperson. Although other companies may be less expensive, the quality, service, attention to detail, & generally wanting to keep customers for many years, is worth the "extra" price.
