We recently had Rusco Distributors replace a garden patio door on the 20 year old addition to our century farmhouse. We were exceptionally pleased with the service, installation, and price of the door. We had contacted other door and window contractors and could not beat the price or warranty. We were also delighted that they were willing to travel the distance to our small town which is over an hour from their showroom. I found their company online when I was researching Gentek doors. Israel was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. We will definitely use this company again, and I have recommended it to friends.

When it came time for the installation of my doors, Rusco did not send an apprentice like some companies. Rusco sent Jerry, one of their experienced and knowledgeable staff. When Rusco is doing your project, it will be comforting to you to know that you can rest assured that the job will be done professionally by one of their experienced staff.

We found Rusco through Homestars & found them to have the best mix of window/door quality, service and price. Israel has been very helpful as a great source of knowledge and patience during our extensive research last year. Pre-existing problems were discovered during the installation (missing or sub-standard ceiling in bay window, and door-frame to garage) were quickly addressed and corrected at minimal additional cost. I've dealt with many individuals and companies providing home products and services but none compare to the way Rusco stands behind their work. For example, the glass door insert we bought had a very small imperfection in it - when Israel saw it he not only immediately said that he would replace it but did so in less than 24 hours!

do not hiring this company!!!. they do not live up to there 9.9 rating. after a few service calls namely, water leaks, loose door handle, pump to close door became loose they cancelled the warranty. they accuse me of tampering. why would i do anything or for that matter touch anything thats covered under warranty. as for gerry, he did not like me watching him work due to the frustration i had with the porch. his workmanship was terrible from the start. i repeat do not hire this company!!!

We have researched new windows for our house for long, overwhelmed by the different options offered by the companies we contacted. We found Rusco Distributions via your site, and had them to come over for an estimate. This was the hardest part, as their sales staff (they call themselves estimators) are oddly reluctant to come out. From there, our experience was very pleasing. The salesman (oops, estimator) certainly knows his material. My partner, who is a DIY buff, grilled him over the product and options, and he came up with all the answers. We wanted black windows, and had to twist his arm to get it. We paid a premium for this but do not regret it as it looks stunning. Once all was said and done we are very pleased. The installer (Oria?) works like a surgeon, clean and neat. The new windows are easy to operate and the trimwork was beautifully done – even my partner could not find a fault. Our new back door makes the kitchen a livable space, where we have reclaimed our back yard’s view. The work was estimated to take two days and actually took longer, but considering our century old house this is reasonable. Our main concern was how the modern windows will blend in with the classic looks of the house, and we are delighted with the results.

We just had our entire house done with Rusco. They replaced our original 1957 windows and doors and also cut some masonry to accomodate a new door at the back of the garage and a large slider in the kitchen. Aside from some unforseen staffing issues that set our project back a couple of days, the work was done to a very high standard. We always felt that we were dealing with professional and honest people at Rusco. They carry the Gentek line of windows which is head and shoulders above others we have seen, and I found their pricing to be more than fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were looking for replacement windows for a 1980 built house, where all were rotten. As good consumers we got several quotes, some via advertising and by recommendation. Never heard about Russco before, but they did some work for the family in the past. The rep gave us a different prospective on what was needed to be done, and although it was pricey it made most sense. Promised 4-6 weeks, but was ready after three. Installation was smooth and professional, although took a day longer than was estimated. We are very pleased with the new windows and the way they are configured –a big difference to what we had before. We would strongly recommend them - definitely not a bargain, but a good value.

We had a new patio door purchased and installed with absolutely no hassle and within two weeks. The company representatives were responsive, incredibly professional and polite. The workmanship was exceptional. We will only be using Rusco Distributors for our future home window/door upgrades. Thank you for a job well done!

Found Rusco online, Israel gave me 3 options with quotes within a day. We chose a door and frame from their website and were informed it would be delivered and installed in roughly 4 weeks. The installation man contacted us and was prompt the next day. He carefully removed the old door and frame and removed it off site. He installed the new door and frame, trim and caulked all the seams, and partched all areas affected by the installation. He took his time and swept up after he had finished. The product looks good and feels very secure. We have since bought a new house and will contact Rusco again for any new doors we would require.
