We hired Rusco to demolish a worn out sun porch and install a new one. Israel explained the options, researched carefully, and gave us an excellent price. Gerry and Brian, the installers, were wonderful to work with - did a great job, left everything spotless. They were true craftsmen, great to watch work. They solved problems we didn't even know we had.

I have just had an aluminum awning installed at my entrance door area by Rusco Distributors. I was very pleased and impressed with the entire operation...from my initial meeting, discussion and signing the contract with Israel, my discussions with Luke who measured and made suggestions to Joe and his wife who installed the awning. Any phone calls or e-mails I made were answered promptly. Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant. The awning looks great and I would certainly recommend Rusco to anyone looking for an aluminum awning. Based on my dealings with this company I will certainly consider them when I am looking at new windows or doors to be installed.

I was shopping around for an aluminum awning and Rusco provided a very competitie price. I got excellent service: e-mail correspondence and quotations, no need to be home to take measurements or install. In fact, I took my son to his hockey game one Saturday morning and an hour later when I returned the awining was installed! Can't explain the satisfaction I had! I will certainly recommend them to anyone - I will keep them in mind for future projects. Thank you Israel and team!

We decided to replace several windows and exterior doors late last year. We called Rusco as they had done prior work at my parents' home (over 20 years ago and all is still well there) so I knew they performed quality work. From the initial call to the 1st visit by Israel to measurement thru to installation and a follow-up to adjust the doors, the service and customer experience has been nothing short of 1st class. The operation is 1st class regardless of who you are dealing with. I can readily recommend use of Rusco. We will definitely use them for any future needs - without question!!!

I was looking for hard to find replacement basement windows (replacing concrete form windows) and Rusco knew exactly what I was looking for. They recommended the right product at a great price and had them ready for pickup in less than 1 day.

Just wanted to let your future clients to know that this is the third time that I have used Rusco for replacement of windows. The first time was when we moved in our first home in 1984. At that time we were very satisfied. When we moved to Toronto in 1984, again we needed to replace our windows and who did we call, but Rusco and the funny thing is, the sales person was the same person that sold us our windows while living in Montreal. Twenty five years later we needed to replace one window, but the style was no longer available, so we decided to change all the windows in the back of the house. But at that time who were we going to call and use. It just so happened that I had my window cleaners in and he said to me that he still thought that the best windows are the Rusco windows. I might add that my window cleaner came to me through Rusco with my first windows, and that they were under new ownership. For some reason I thought that Rusco was no longer in business, but to my surprise they were, so who did I call, RUSCO. The new owner was at my house the next day and the order was put through. Israel (new owner) told us that it would take 3 – 5 weeks and I would have my order. There were two gentlemen that came to do the installation and they were very clean and were finished within three days. I would highly recommend the company and they have been in business for many, many years. We did a great deal of homework on pricing windows and sliding doors with other competitors and seemed to always run into a snag until we contacted Rusco distributors. Our next door neighbours had great success with them with the installation of a kitchen window, garden door and living room window and were so please with their service that we decided to give them a try. Their price was a bit higher than the big box stores but we found that they were far more knowledable and prepared us more for additonal costs that COULD arise. With the garden door, they were the only ones with the know how to cut through the brick of the house to install the sliding door and move electric and make a new bulkhead! The clean up was perfect and I could not be happier with my new windows and door!

We are really enjoying our outdoor addition. The installers performed admirably and efficiently and were very professional. We congratulate them on doing such a great job on such a hot day.

We were hesitant at 1st after having a prior bad experience with a windows company. We had nothing to worry about! Rusco took our ideas and turned them into a beatiful finished product. JOnathan patiently answered all of our concerns. The work was done in a timely manner. When the wrong door handle was installed it was fixed in a day. Measurements were taken several times to ensure proper fit. The workers did a wonderful job & cleaned up everything. Other companies asked twice the price & wouldn't have done what we wanted. The finished product looks great and we are very happy. Rusco did a wonderful job and the people are very friendly and attentive to detail.

We recently had our porch awning, bay window and gutters replaced by Rusco. We were impressed with their prompt response, informative estimate and ultimately, finished progect. We wish to thank Mr Israel and all his gentlemen[ I don't want to omit anyone's name] for making our home just beatiful.
