Hi Israel, I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I are both extremely happy with the front enclosure and back sunroom! Not to mention the side storm door and weather stripping, which have made a great difference in insulating the house. The contractors were fantastic -- very friendly and efficient. I contacted Rusco after finding them on Homestars and it went smoothly from there. The install team did the job as promised, on time and to expectation. The only problem - I forgot to give them the screen panel portion from the doors they had removed - it was in the basement long forgetten by me! They've since offered to come and pick that up.

We contacted Rusco to have a porch enclosure installed. Israel dropped by the same day and provided a quote for the job. He showed up again while the installer was working to check on the workmanship. Great experience. We would call Rusco again without hesitation.

They have very hard working people and they build in a very nice quality. Their price is very competitive and they don't cut corner. We have the back door changed and it had to be sunken (as shown in the pictures) because the driveway elevation was higher. We did not know how to protect our sunken back door from rain, snow and weather. We got 3 quotes and Rusco Distributors came to offer us the best solution by installing a back door enclosure with a maintenance free roof, at an affordable price. After the back door enclosure was completed, we agree that it was well worth the investment and it complements our mature home. In October 2009 we decided to replace the aging windows of our house. A person whose advice I value said that they had good experience with Rusco Distributors. I met with Israel and Jon and liked their quote which compared very well with the others I got. They offered us premium windows at a price that others quoted for average-grade products. The windows arrived on time and Abel and his co-worker installed them in 3 days with the minimum disturbance possible. This included an window opening enlargement, which I think they almost did for free (based on other quotes). The windows looked and worked great and Jon, who came to see how the job was done, reminded me of the support commitment that I get with the windows and asked me to share my experience at homestars.com if I wouldn't mind. I told him that I would feel better if I had more long-term experience before I give them a rating. He probably thought that I am one of those "no-feedback" guys and left the subject alone. Well, I have not heard from them since and I have had no reason to contact them. The windows continue to look and work great and we are all happy with them. I was wondering if the levers on the casement windows are child-proof. Well, everything still works like new and I suspect it is not only because my children are very well behaved. So, being a man of my word, here is my review, more than a year later. Thanks Rusco!

Very pleased with how quickly the job was started. Great patience was evident in making sure that the door closed properly and didn't need that extra push. Our main hallway is definitely warmer. Having broken the window lock on one of my Rusco windows while cleaning, I began the arduous task of finding a replacement. I could find nothing that would do the job anywhere. A friend suggested I contact Rusco Distributors even though the installation was over 40 years ago. To my surprise and delight they had the part and it arrived by mail within a few days, free of charge. Now that is customer service at it's best! I will definitely think of Rusco when I need to replace my windows but that won't be for a few more years, as my Rusco windows still look great and function like they were brand new.

Everyone who was associated with the work order was very professional. Rusco's estimate was the lowest we received. Installation was prompt. One deciding factor in selecting Rusco was the length of time they have been in business.
