We had several quotes and Rusco's was the best This family owned business showed it worth in the service, quality and value that were demonstrated in the windows and doors they provided. The whole ordeal was painless from the first contact to the person coming out and measuring to the install. We didn't have time to remove the old awning but they did that also. It was fast and no interuptions to us and the old awning was taken away. It looks good. Great job by all. Thanks

We had a problem with water getting into the basement. We did not want to have major excavation done so we decided to have an awning installed at the side of the house. The work was done effectively, efficiently, cleanly and the result is great. We now have an outside room that we furnished with patio furniture and no water in the basement.

I had all the windows in my house replaced in two days (except for a couple they had already replace). I called Israel and gave him an estimate of the sizes and number of windows. Later the same day he came back with an estimate of cost and approximate time for installation. I trust him enough, that I didn't even tell/ask him any of the details with regard to the type of windows he was recommending. I've previously had other doors (patio and side) installed. We also used them in our first house, from top to bottom. We would not waste our time calling anyone else. I don't think you can get a better recommendation.

We like to let you know, that we are very pleased with rhis product. It was very pleasant to work with the materials , and it fit perfect till the end. I would recoment it to everyone who will spend a little more than a wooden structure. I build it my self with no help in 2 days. I have hints for people , to start of the right way. I had four small windows at grade level that needed replacement. Timing was critical as my driveway was being replaced and I had to have the windows in before the driveway. Rusco responded promptly, provided a written quote, recommended the solution, built the windows and sent a superior installer to complete the work on time and on budget.I was veru impressed with the qulaity and the timiliness of the end to end service. They are proud of their work and first class in every respect.

I contacted several awning companies. Rusco was the only company which called back promptly, sent their rep. within 2 days to give me the quote and finished the job before the quoted time. I also liked their payment option of credit card. The bill was mailed to me promptly. I was very satisfied with the service. So far as product quality. I cannot comment since I believe that it takes time at least a year for the exterior product to prove their qualityafter going thru 4 seasons.

Rusco was an excellent choice for our side door awning. We were treated in a courteous and professional manner. All work was done promptly and to a high standard. The sales person was very helpful in explaining options and the installer actually did some extras willingly and to our specifications. We would definitely use this firm again and recommend it most highly to others.

On March 2009 I had an aluminum awning(10x22)installed.The work was comlpleted in one day.We were very impressed with the installers they were courteous and pleasant. It certainly adds to the appearance of our home. We would highly recommend this company.
