After A Bad Experience, With Sleep Country's, Competitor, I Approached the Manager Of The Mississauga Store, Jim Allcock, After Selecting A New Mattress, He Told Me, That Should,There Ever Be Any Problem, With My New Mattress, That The Difference, Between Sleep Country, Is Sleep Country Takes Care Of All of There Warranty Work. Well Two and Half Years Latter, I Called In, Now,With A Problem, The Inspector Came Out as Scheduled, Agreed With Me, Of The Problem, Gave Me A Card, To Take to The Store, To Re select Another, I Went Into The Store, Met With Don, He Told Me, That My Mattress, Was Know Longer Available, But They Would Be Upgrading It, To A Way Superior Mattress, At NO Cost To Me, Also It Would Be Delivered And Exchanged At NO Cost.. All I Can Say Is, Hats Off To Christine Magee, I Will Be Recommending Sleep Country To My Wide Circle Of Friends... .........James Rogers......

First pillow top mattress collapsed on one side. Sent out someone to look at it. Confirmed that mattress was faulty. Got a memory foam mattress in exchange. This one completely flattened out on one side - you cannot sleep on it. No warranty on replacement because it was an exchange. Do not buy a mattress from Sleep Country - they sell garbage. I will never enter one of their stores again. These shysters should be put out of business.

I had recently renovated my main bedroom and needed to get a new bed. I made one stop to Sleep Country & they hooked me up with theee perrrrfect bed for my room! Quality product backed by quality service. I will be back!!

I brought a nice queen mattress from them and had a good experience. First of all, I am extremely happy with the mattress itself. I love crawling into bed now!! Delivery was on-time and polite. The store itself was laid out well and salespeople are willing to politely answer questions. Nothing to really complain about but I did not find it an off-the-chart-spectacular-write-home-to-mom type experience either.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I got on my warranty From Sleep Country Canada. I purchased a bed for 960$ after 2 years it caused a huge impression 2.5 inches actually. so bad I couldn't even get out of bed my back hurt so bad. I tried to exchange mattress and after approving the exchange the showed up with my new bed, then refused to take it, then i had to call and send more pictures after having a whole run around already to wait the weekend for them to void my warranty. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM SLEEP COUNTRY.

When I called Sleep Country customer service for warranty information, I received an email with instructions on how to make a claim. The process is very complicated and cumbersome, making it almost impossible to be successful. The king size mattress which I purchased just 3 years ago is sagging and very uncomfortable. So much for a 10 year warranty. Customer service and "real" warranty protection from Sleep Country is a joke. Don't buy at Sleep Country!

So I bought a nice Serta mattress from Sleep Country in 2010, and it is already developing a serious case of sag. Not cool, SLC. Apparently, the warranty doesn't cover the side bits, which are now horribly bent, even though I've been very careful. Not impressed with customer service, and won't be returning.

The staff was very kind. Showed excally what i was looking for and it fit my price rang. Lots to choose from, highly reccommend you meet the staff as they are very knownable about there product lines and what would suite your needs.

My husband and I were shopping around for a good mattress set, and we found one but we thought it was kinda high in price, we ended up at sleep country and my husband was talking to sales person, and they gave us a lower price as we seen the same mattress, we were very pleased with the sale, and the mattress is great we are very pleased with the comfort of it.

2 and a half years ago we went to Sleep Country to buy matresses for our bedroom. The stuff was so helpfull, they asked a lot of questions so to understand if we have any back problems, and be able to suggest the right matress for us. I had back problems. Since we got the matresses my back problems disapear :-) They also helped us to put the matress on our truck and give me two pilows as present. I'll definitely suggest Sleep Country to my friends and everyone who wants quality matress.
