Every morning woke up with a sore neck and upper back can be very frustrating. I have tried all different type of pillows and didn't make a different. So I have decided to get a new mattress. First stop was Sleep Country on Renfrew, Vancouver. I got helped right as I walked in. I explain about my neck and back problem and sleeping posture. The staff did couple of tests and gave me recommendation on the different mattress. After laying on couple of different mattresses, I think I have found the right one for me. I got them to include the delivery charges in the price. Today, is the 1st week I have been sleeping on my new mattress and "NO" neck pains.

I entered the store in Bridgeport rd Richmond BC.I was looking for a mattress with good quality with reasonable pricing.She asked what kind of a bed I was looking for and what my sleep experience has been lately.After I described what I am looking for She offered couple of Mattresses. I checked the quality and price and picked one of them.They scheduled in three days delivery.Everything went well and since then I am sleeping happily after.

We visited Sleep Country to purchase a new bed as I was struggling with some back pain. The person who looked after us was knowledgable and extremely helpful. We purchased the bed he recommended and absolutely love it.

looking to buy a mattress, i went country hill sleep country store. Their stuff are very helpful with all detailed information. We bought a Sealy Posturepedic Mattress with very good discount price. They provided a good service.

Sales people were knowledgable and very courteous to deal with. The delivery guys showed up on time and we have had no problems since. Have gone back to shop for other beds for other rooms, and for family. We would strongly recommend them.

I bought a Sealy box spring and mattress from Sleepcountry. After 3 months the box spring started to collapse. It was completely unusable after 6 months. SleepCountry won't exchange, replace or give money back. There is NO customer service whatsoever. Buy from someone else!

My mom bought an $800 Simmons beauty rest mattress from sleep country in Ajax, Ontario. Located at 30 Kingston Road East L1Z 1G1 (905) 686-7296. It was purchased in november of 2011 and it was replaced a few months later. In the middle if the night it feels like there is a big pit in the middle if the bed! my mom could not sleep threw the night. she kept waking up with back pain. As she says "no satisfaction!" She had to measure the mattress and the sag and take pictures and all the other "evidence" to the store. She met another girl there who had the same experience. The new mattress was good for a few WEEKS, same issue again. (note: my mother has never had back pain or any issues before this mattress). Sleep country would not replace the 2nd mattress because the sag wasn't big enough or visible enough! They said she didn't have enough "evidence". It's now been 16 months since she got the replacement mattress and she just purchased a new one because sleep country wouldn't do anything for her. I think this is terrible and very poor customer service/satisfaction. I would never buy another thing there or recommend SLEEP COUNTRY to anyone!

Customer Service was great. The guy (Dave I think) selling the mattress was friendly and liked to joke around, something that is needed when you test mattresses for an hour or so. He was also quite helpful in telling us which mattresses we would like based on body type and sleeping style. Compared to lower quality mattress stores and Sears and other non-dedicated mattress stores, Sleep Country in Waterloo was great. A very clean environment relative to the other stores.

Bought top of the line bed. Bed lost it's comfort and snags inconsistently al over the surface Don't sleep in it most times. Feel I was deceived when I bought the bed. Got no where on service, attitude was too bad for you

I purchased a mattress from Sleep Country Canada 7 years ago. The staff told me at the time that the mattress was a very superior product, having multiple layers of silk, wool and memory foam. Within 5 years we were sleeping in hollows. When I told the staff at the store they said that shouldn't be, and that I should contact Customer Service to have my mattress examined, and that I would likely be given the credit of my purchase toward a new mattress. After a lengthy process of posting photos of the mattress to the Sleep Country website, I was told that the mattress wasn't defective enough to warrant their concern. Apparently, sleeping in a 1 1/2 inch hollow that causes back pain is not a problem. The crater must be at least 2 inches before they will even look. I am very upset at the response and will never purchase another mattress from Sleep Country Canada, nor can I recommend them to anyone else.
