I searched many stores for the right mattress for my child. Seeing a child spends so much time in bed sleeping this was an important purchase for me. The team at Sleep Counrty were helpful and I was able to find the best bed at the best price. WOuld highly recommend.

I bought a bed from Sleep Country in Richmond BC. After 30 days I had had issues with my lower back and knew I had to return the bed. I had read horror stories on here about 60 day trial but had no problems returning the bed. They exchanged my bed and gave me an updated version for the same price. I had bought the original one on sale. I was very pleased with the service and price. I would recommend Sleep Country, Ironwood brand to anyone needing a new bed.

When your company delivers it's product to your home, they are the best. The care and attention that is given to bring the matteress into the home and removing the old is super! After they leave it just seems like they wern't even here. Great work.

I highly recommend Sleep Country Canada on Innes Road in Ottawa, ON. I recently purchased a mattress and box spring (as well as two pillows) from this store, and the customer service and level of professionalism was phenomenal. This has been the best experience I've ever had as a customer - no exaggeration. I began shopping for a mattress about a month ago; it was a total fluke that I stopped in to Sleep Country on Innes Road in Ottawa (I just happened to be driving by, and thought I'd stop in). The first salesperson I dealt with was Silvester. He was incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store. I was still in 'browsing mode' and so I didn't purchase anything on that day. I went back into the store a week later and put a deposit on a mattress. The salesman I dealt with was Rick, a salt-of-the-earth guy who also really knows his stuff about spine & neck alignment, sleep patterns, etc. What impressed me most was when I walked back into the store, a full two weeks later, to pay off the mattress - Rick greeted me by my first name! I was pretty surprised; you just don't get that kind of service any more these days. The special treatment continued on delivery day - the delivery guys were very professional; I appreciated that they wore 'booties' in my home to avoid mucking up the floors. They noticed that the plastic wrapping on the mattress had gotten a grease stain on it inside the truck and so they removed it outside to ensure that my walls didn't get grease wiped on them. The icing on the cake was when we discovered the queen-sized box spring would not fit in my stairwell: the delivery guys had a split box spring waiting "just in case" on the truck, but had to call over to the store to see how much extra I would have to pay (split box springs are more expensive). The store waived the price difference! What a fantastic experience, from beginning to end. And the mattress is terrific - I enjoyed a great sleep last night. I was looking for a king sized mattress at a few places. Sleep Country was the best place I went to. The staff were very knowledgeable about there products. I ended up getting a memory foam mattress I have also had trouble finding a good pillow and my neck always hurt when I woke up. I was told what kind of pillow would work best and haven't had any problems since. I highly recommend Sleep Country.

My wife and I were looking for a new queen mattress and decided to go to the store so we could try out a few different ones for comparison. The salesperson was extremely helpful and seemed to want to educate us and make the decision easier rather than trying to upsell us to the more expensive models. After 1/2 hour of trying different ones out, we ended up going for the more expensive beautyrest but after 1 year we're still happy with the product and have gone back to the store to thank the salesperson who sold to us. He actually recognized us right away!!!

I have to say that i expected a lot better service than i received. i made sure i was fully covered warranty wise and to sleep country that's not matter because they will use every excuse in the book. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT OUR WARRANTY WAS VOIDED because there is perspiration stains on the mattress, they will cover if its urine or vomit but not perspiration. This company is a joke. Now I'm left with a mattress that's sinking in the middle,and you cannot flip them to even out the mattress.I was told that the sleepgard would protect our warranty , I paid 50.00 extra for that.

I highly recommend this store, particularly for those who need time to choose. Very patient and caring staff. Replacement was done quickly and efficiently. Great selection of mattress and great staff. Have bought almost all our mattresses there.

We went to purchase a pillow for my wife and child. My child found one right away and he loves it. My wife needed some help. In the end she picked on with little assistance from the salesman. When we as to purchase it he said it was the only one left the the pillow beside it was pretty much the same. When he brought the pillow to my wife it said that it was for back sleepers. My wife sleeps on her side. He said it should be firm enough. So we bought the two pillows. My wife could not get use to the new pillow. It was not holding its shape. She call and spoke with a sales women who told her to bring it in. When we walked in with it she knew right away the there was something wrong with the pillow and she would return it to the manufacture. So looking for another pillow. Tried several. She wanted a firm pillow. She found one and the saleswomen said that is for side sleepers with general wider sholders. She said it would work for me. Well $150.00 later and it is in my closet never to be used again. So in the end happy kid not so happy wife.

I recently bought another mattress from Sleep Country Canada. I keep returning to Sleep Country for their selection, great prices and excellent customer service - both in the store, on the phone and at the time of delivery. Thank you for the excellent products and services you provide.
