Do not buy anything from SleepCountry because they violate our provincial warranty legislation, creating hoops to jump through to discourage those of us with legitimate complaints. Our mattress is falling apart after a year -- no indentations, but warranteeing mattresses only from indentations is like warranteeing only tires on new cars. They are dispicable. We, too, sleep in our guest room now because our bodies could no longer bear sleeping on that crap they sold us.

Great price on a Sealy Pillow Top mattress. They also helped with select proper pillow for my sleeping style. Who knew there was different pillows for different sleeping style. Delivery and customer service was excellent. Recommended!

we needed a new bed and sleep country had the best selection and friendliest, most knowlegeable people. the return policy is awesome. When we had the bed delivered, the staff put on booties, so are not to leave footprints on the rug. Delivery was on time and they removed our old mattress for free.

Bought the set including the required frame and mattress platform in sept 2010. My wife and found it to be wonderful for about six months then had progressively poorer sleep experience. Lately neither of us can sleep through the night. Visited Ottawa store about 10 days ago. Salesman painted wonderful picture of ease of warranty claim process. Measure mattress sag with a stick and a ruler. Do the same with with mattress platform. Ours has the appearance of Lake Ontario on a windy day. After two conversations with warranty people in Toronto, our Temperpedic mattress doesn't,y yet sag enough to warrant replacement. And get this. It should not be an issue with our sleep experience that mattress support now has lateral hills and valleys 1" top to bottom every 8". Rep to inspect in 5 weeks. Hot dang. Using guest room for now. At the moment we can think of lots of reasons to buy a mattress anywhere else!!!! Stay tuned. We will keep posting on our Jim dandy warranty experience.

Bought the Sleep Country brand mattress cover to ensure that our mattress stays clean because it was cheaper than the name brand. It fell apart after a few years and when we went back to get it replaced they were discontinued and they would not give us anything to help resolve our problem with their brand of product.

Bought a mattress from Sleep Country Canada, which is a much better experience in comparing to other shops. Delivery on time as scheduled, and the guys were handling with extra care. Superb service.

The salesperson was informative. They delivered when they said they would. They set everything up, took away the old mattresses and box springs. The delivery men were polite, took off their shoes and cleaned everything up before they left.

We had had a fire at our house and the mattress had been damaged. We went to Sleep Country in North Vancouver and had excellent service. In fact we tried 5 different beds before finding the perfect one which we have now. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their delivery guys are really quick and so efficient. They also wear the little blue booties so no dirty shoes ... which was really great. We would highly recommend Sleep Country to anyone looking for good and reliab service.

I appreciate the service highly. The sales representatives were very attentive and explained every type of mattress available in the store. The moment I walked in the store someone was ready to help me. My old mattress made my back hurt so much. My new mattress is very comfortable. As well, I can sleep much better. Bob was the sales representative. I recommend sleep country to buy a great mattress to everyone so we all can sleep better.

From the moment we enter the door the sales person greeted us freindly but definetly not pushy. We had a certain matress brand in mind, however, after trying it we did not quit like it. So the sales person recomended to us few other choices. it took us some time to choose. the sales person did not rush us which was very nice. The delivery of the matress was on time and the delivery men were courteous. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and my experience and would recomend it to my friends.
