We went to the home show and bought the sleep number bed,, I was not sure of this but because we had 30 days to try we went ahead and bought it. I hated it , my husband loved it. We returned it for a full credit . We went into there sore and they helped us find what is now our bed. Very good service

I don't know where to start. If you want to be treated like a VIP, definetely shop at Sleep Country. Their salespeople are incredibly knowledgeable, polite and helpful. If you need customer service..." Christine" is the lady to talk to. I thought I was talking to Christine McGee herslef as she treated me as if it was her own company. I can't say enought about the impeccable service we received. We were not happy with our 4 year old mattress made a call and from there on we were treated with the utmost of respect. We spoke with Steinar Dalen in the Langley store (a consummatee professional on all levels) and any issue we had was dealt with in the most professional and expediate manner. In this day and age of often getting "so so" service it was truly refreshing to deal with Sleep Country and their people. We bought from Sleep Country...and from one end to the other, we were told "non-truths" and basically told we were wrong no matter what we said. Our Bed was delivered and the Delivery guys refused to take the original bed back with them, because they suspected "bed bugs"....and if it had been true, I would have totally agreed, but it turns out that it was Oreo crumbs......we now have been stuck with having to get rid of our old bed...Customer service was useless....told us we were at fault...and the drivers were correct....no pictures or anything was taken. If you are expecting a delivery.....do yourself a favour and clean any dirt off your old bed, so that the drivers can't refuse to take your old bed......these guys were just flat lazy...because we were on the 2nd Floor. I will NEVER buy from this worthless company again....until they go into liquidation from crap customer service, then I'll buy when everything is 90% off.......... and as for Customer Service...when you are unemployed...call me so I can laugh at you.........

I have to say, buying a mattress from sleep country was the worst experience of our lives. First, I was treated very poorly by a sales rep who refused to speak to me and only spoke to my husband even though I was the one purchasing the mattress, I sent an email to customer service who did not follow up with me until I CALLED THEM to see why no one contacted me. When a manager finally did contact me, she did not believe that that particular rep would treat me like that and did nothing to make me feel better or resolve my issue of being ignored because I am a woman. When the delivery men came today,they chipped the paint on my stairs and chipped the wood on the stairs. When I pointed it out to them they said, "oh sorry about that" and left. When I made it up stairs to see the mattress, i discovered that they had knocked over a dish of water (for the cat) and there was water all over the floor and down the hall way. Upon closer inspection, the mattress had gotten wet from the water on the floor. Our brand new mattress got WET because of the delivery men. This is the worst experience ever.

I always hear their ad on radio so decided to buy a pillow from them when i needed one. Their pillow was really good and improved my sleep slightly better. Their staff was very helpful and friendly. Buy your pillow from there if you want to improve your sleep night.

I wanted a bed with all the bells and whistles at a good price. I went to Sleep Country and not only did they give me a good price but they threw in some pillows and pillowcases for free! The bed is amazing, just like the one in the infomercials. It reclines up and down with the touch of a remote button. I love it!

After years of sleeping on the same mattress I decided to take the plunge and buy a new one. I went to sleep country and was amazed at the selection of mattresses! I had no idea what I wanted but the friendly staff were patient and helpful with me making sure I choose the right one!

We spend over an hour trying out different beds. Not only did we not feel rushed but our associate did not pressure us in any way but was very helpful with answers to our questions. After our purchase and delivery we still had a few questions which were answered right away.

Catchy radio tunes aside, this retailer gave me quite a pleasant experience. I went in to buy bed sheets a few days ago and I was greeted with a cheery, yet professional employee. I had a few questions to ask about different materials, pricing, etc. And I was responded to with answers that were both well informed and polite. I was quite shocked at her wealth of information. The answers she gave were very practical, they will definitely stay with me for future shopping experiences. For a bed retailer, the selection is quite nice, the store is quite large and there were lots of items on display. My partner and I went to get a couple of bed sheets, yet we left with not only sheets, but new blankets and pillow covers as well! I really enjoyed my experience at the store, and I definitely plan on visiting again when I decide to invest in a new bed or bedding-related items.

Salesperson was super friendly and helpful in getting me and my friend the best deal possible on the mattresses we were interested in. Ran into a slight problem when he told me the wrong delivery date, but he worked quickly to resolve it - and even waived the delivery rescheduling fee that I was supposed to be charged. Highly recommended!
