My husband and I came to buy our second mattress in 5 years; we were upgrading to a king. We were satisfied with our previous purchase at Sleep Country so we went back. This time we dealt with a sales rep who was knowledgable but snooty and condescending. He tried to find us a great deal, which is what we hoped for but at the same time made us feel like we were being cheap. We got the mattress but the experience was not as pleasant as the first time around.

I could not believe how helpful the staff were. I had heard from a co-worker that all of the staff were specially trained and informed about matresses. The detail that the sales person went into was unbelievable, I was very impressed with the level of knowledge.

I got a new home recently and bought a mattress from sleep county canada. Price is very good and service is great. I compared prices among different stores. overall speaking, sleep country provides best value. I will definitely recommend to others

they were great with there service and knowledge and we were able to get exactly what we wanted for our bed! The staff is very educated on all the different types of mattresses and what works for each persons needs.

The sales people were very friendly and honest. I found a good variety of beds at a variety of prices. I love the trial period. Bring it home and try it and return if not totally satisfied. That is exactly what you need in a mattress. I have returned since my original purchase to get 2 more beds.

I purchased a new queen set for our master bedroom reno. The staff at the High Park store were knowledgable, did not pressure us and really seemed concerned that we were getting the best mattress set for us. For the past few years i've developed some back problems. Ive been seeing a chiropractor, massage therapist and physiotherapist and nothing seemed to work! One of them suggested that no matter what kind of rehab i was doing, I needed a good night's sleep. I looked up reputable mattress dealers and came across Sleep Country Canada. I told them my problem and asked them their expert opinion. They were super helpful and gave me a great deal on a therapeutic mattress! For the next few weeks I slept like a baby and lo-and-behold my back feels so much better!

I went to Sleep Country to upgrade from a Double to Queen bed and I wanted the same mattresses I had purchased from them a few years back. The sales guy was helpful and looked up the model and found the closest product they had in store. I had to push back delivery a few times as I was getting a new condo and they were very accommodating.

The staff at this location are very helpful. The salesperson who helped me did not pressure me. He suggested some mattresses for me to try based on my needs, and then left me alone to try them, uninterrupted, for as long as I needed. In the end, I went with one that he suggested that was on sale but just as comfortable as the higher-priced ones. Delivery is free, and they actually show up within the time window that they say they will! ;) It's been a couple months now, and I am still in love with my mattress.
