    bloom matress

    The service is on a convinience store level...never buy anything from them, thier matresses are like a bench, impossible to sleep! also you will never see your money again, thanks to thier fraud policy!

    Bed indents, sore bodies

    Bought mattress sleep country Sherwood Park within three months had one in indent, had to pay $49. to have them examine bed, warranty only covered if body indent is 2 inches. We are now waking, stiff sore, indent worsening. Sleep Country refused to help seniors out of this mess. I would not recommend Sleep Country to anyone. Warranty and service is a joke.

    Brutal service!

    Online bed frame order. Carton arrived damage from FedEx Missing parts. Three efforts to get part replaced and still not successful. Promised follow ups and never did. Finally shipped part and it was the wrong part even though customer service understood exactly what the part was. This process has taken 6 days so far. Countless hours on the phone. They don't seem to care.

    Very bad customer service ,send me the wrong matress 3 times

    Very bad customets service. Sales clerk was very insultive and incompitent. He does Not have any customer service skills , he is there just for the money grab! They delivered ne the wrong matress 3 times! I bought the soft beo and they sent me a hard version of it with no name tag on it either and , which even the colour on it was even different. And On top of it all ,insisting that it is the correct one. I paid 800.00 dollars for something i didn't get . unbelievable bad sales clerk and customer service skills and horrible service. Never ever again am i shopping there! Not recommended at all!

    I am stuck with a $5,000 that I can't use.

    I purchased the ProAdapt blue from Sleep Country and I found it to be too firm. I went to the store to find a softer mattress and the Purple Premier 3 was the softest I could find. They told me that the Premier4 was even softer, and they found a used one for me so I purchased it. When they delivered the mattress, it was the Premier 3, the wrong mattress. They decided to give me a new Premier 4 because of the screw up. I found the Premier 4 to be too firm and had constant shoulder pain, so I was forced to buy another mattress. I asked Sleep Country if they could sell the Premier 4 for me but they said they didn't do that, in spite of the fact that they had sold me a used mattress at first. Now I am stuck with a useless $5,000 mattress. Don't buy from Sleep Country.

    Deceived

    I bought a pillow for $280 then realized that it was only$200 a few days ago. Felt upset having to pay $100 more for the same product.

    Very bad experience!

    Very expensive mattresses! I thought it's going to be a good quality of serve - delivered with 7 hours delay. My mattress protector came wet and dirty, with destroyed box. Customer service - terrible - promises with no respect of the customer! Waiting for their call back and they never called... Terrible, terrible service! I would suggest everyone - just don't deal with SleepCountry at all!!!

    Mattress

    Delivered the wrong and defective product and promised to replace it. I couldnt use the bed. Since then I couldnt get through

    Kinsdown Studio Arbor New mattress purchased Ajax location

    We received the very BEST customer service from the Ajax store by Vincent. He was patient and very knowledgeable about Sleep Country Canada products. We were so impressed that we bought the the mattress on the spot. Usually we go home think about it and check out other competitors offer. We have always been very happy with their products and service, we are Sleep Countrys repeated customers for over 20 years. Vincent was very efficient. We had called back few days ago about the warranty and Vincent returned our calls immediately. We are so happy. I would like everyone to visit the Ajax location and ask for Vincent.

    Do Not Buy From Sleep Country Canada

    Oct 18th Delivery of Kingsdown Duet Gage queen mattress and box spring. Box spring was damaged in 3 places yet they still delivered it. My wall was damaged as well. I contacted customer service within 2 hrs of delivery. Was told to forward pictures of the property damage. The pics have been submitted 3 TIMES and I'm being asked a 4th time to submit them. Within a week, the mattress was sagging. A WEEK! I contacted them and was told I could receive a new one. I really don't want a new one that will more than likely do the same thing. I was assured by Sleep Country that the mattress was faulty. WHY ARE SLEEP COUNTRY SELLING FAULTY MATTRESSES? Took another day off work to have the mattress and box spring delivered today and the DAMAGED ONES removed. No call between 8 and 9am this morning to let me know the 3 hr window for delivery as per their policy. Just informed the exchange will take place near 9pm tonight, when I was told by several people I would be priority and it would be a morning delivery. This has now been going on for over a month. BEWARE OF SLEEP COUNTRY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Still no compensation for property damage and no mattress and box spring.
