    Matress 100 day comfort gaurentee

    Tried to get comfort exchange. then drivers that were picking up and delivering said there were defects, although that never said to us. Now they say it is a warranty issue and wont give us the more expensive mattress. Say we will have to go through customer service. I phoned store and they said we have to go through customer service. I said if it is a warranty issue that you say now why would you not take the mattress and leave us the one we paid extra for. Long story short hopefully we will get new mattress that we paid for and they would not leave. What service and lots of run around. Never again here.

    Excellent service

    I have no negative experience. I learned a lot about the different types of mattresses and the sales person helped us find the perfect set for us. She seemed genuinely interested in getting us a better night's sleep and thoroughly explained our options for before and after the sales. Will definitely shop at the Spruce Grove store again!

    Will Never Buy From Sleep Country Again

    Sales rep charged me regular price (total $1863) but item was on sale. I'd used my debit card. They couldn't refund me the difference so I have to wait 10 business days for a cheque for MY money (over $400). Scheduling delivery, the sales rep said we can do Sept 28th. I said I can't as I'm babysitting my grandson. We settled on Sept 29th. I get home and notice on the bill delivery will be Sept 28th. I call to remind them it s/b the 29th. They say sorry it's too late to change. We'll have to schedule another date. When I call head office, they suggest I go back to the store and speak to the manager. I said why should I have to drive back there? You should be offering to fix the problems for me. Terrible service all around. I'll never shop there again.

    Terrible and sarcastic customer service

    My experience with SleepCountry post-purchase was horrible. We bought a mattress, mattress topper, protector, and two pillows. Over $2300 of product in the order. They listed a Kingsdown pillow on their site as down and after one night with it, it became clear it was not down. I checked the box the next morning and it listed the fill as polyester! When I mentioned this to the chat agent in the chat box, she asked if it had been opened. I said "Well yes, if I knew from how it felt that it was not down, then of course I opened it!" She told me then it's mine and they won't return or exchange it, full stop. She wouldn't even transfer to anyone else in the company and then abruptly ended the chat. Dealing with SleepCountry is brutal!

    Warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

    After being water boarded through the return process and a measurement that reflects nothing the claim was denied. A $4000 bed that is not only destroying my back, but feels like youre sleeping in a ditch. Avoid this company.

    Warranty Nightmare

    Let me start by saying we were long time customers of Sleep Country before this incident. August 5/21, we decided that we would buy ourselves the new Reverie Dual Tilt Adjustable TXL for the both of us along with 2 Purple Mattresses, 10 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY, Mattress Protectors and a set of sheets. Cost of everything, 8,194.18. We received a gift card back in October for 659.70. May 8/23, Customer #87268147 Called sleep Country to report an issue with one base, functions working. They said Reverie would call for issue. Reverie called on May 11th, issue with control box, they will send us a new one, but a claim must go through Sleep Country. Sleep Country Rep told her that Reverie will call after approval. Apparently Extended Warranty goes though Zucora Home. Chain of events: May 11 Reverie put in claim. May 24 went to Sleep Country to see if they could help us out, Ann could not get any answers from Sleep Country Customer Service. May 25 Zucora to send out tech. June 6 I sent request through email about tech. June 8 I called to ask about tech, SORRY, we will have tech call and set up appointment. June 14 Tech called. June 15 Tech came to house to tell us we needed a new control box, same thing Reverie told us on May 11. He would have to order part, doesnt know how long. June 28 I contacted Zucora to ask where the hold up was. Then all of July Zucora was blaming Reverie for not responding to their requests and they needed all the information again from the bed. July 18 said they received the information and put in an order, could be 4-8 weeks. I spoke with Sleep Country on July 20 to say that I have been keeping them informed and nobody contacted me. On July 21 spoke with Josh at Zucora and he apologized for the delay and said Reverie can be difficult to deal with. August 7, I reached out to Reverie to ask why the delay. Ebonique at Reverie said the only hold up was payment from Zucora and the part was in stock. August 14, I emailed Zucora the email from Reverie saying they were waiting on them. August 16 we were notified that the part was shipped, received part at our home August 18. August 18 Zucora emailed to say that a tech would contact us in 3-4 business days to install part, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INTALL ON YOUR OWN. August 31, I emailed Zucora to say still waiting for tech to call. Sept 1 tech called (Greg from Montag Mattress) and came on Sept 2 to install and let us know the previous tech was fired, hence me having to give all the info again. Sept 3 received a call from another tech (George from Leons), to come and install. I gave him a call back on the 4th and said that Greg had done the install on Sept 2. Whaaaaaaaaaaat! This issue carried on for 6 days short of 4 months where I had to be constantly emailing, phoning and harping for a fix that was supposed to be under extended warranty that we paid for and a 10 minute swap of the control box. I was so stressed having to deal with no customer service at all for an investment over 8,000.00. Reverie was the only honest and helpful people to deal with. Sleep Country responded to none of my emails, no follow-up after the store visit and no follow-up after my call to Customer Service on July 20th. Sleep Country has no process or communications for warranties, Ebonique from Reverie was the one person that was helpful from start to finish, Zucora had extremely bad communications with ALL parties. We will never buy from Sleep Country again as they do not Have Your Back. It makes me shiver with disgust every time I see their commercial.

    lumpy all over

    I had a large order, 6 mattress 3, frames/headboards. on delivery i noticed one headboard was lumpy -- The Ashley headboard in the natural (i bought two of them in different colours) was all lumpy. I sent a pic to customer service, they said it was cosmetic and no exchange! I spoke with a 2nd person and she said to send a video, which i did also a picture of the showroom headboard in the same colour. They said it was a cosmetic defect and doesn't effect the use of the item. i could have $150. for my trouble---no thanks -see for yourself!

    Terrible service!

    I was so desperate to get a certain kind of mattress that this is the only reason why I bought it. Markus, was pushy, didn't listen, kept wanting to add more to my purchase and even wanted me to buy a new bed frame! Absolutely ridiculous. I only bought what I needed and not what he wanted me to buy! I will make more time in future to look at other stores and never go back there again!

    Excellent price and service

    Purchased an adjustable platform bed with mattress from Sleep Country in Cambridge last week. The price was competitive, the service was superb, and the bed and mattress are everything they were promised to be. Daniel at the store was very accommodating, and even the delivery driver, Ishaan, was able to make an adjustment in the delivery time as the bed/mattress were being shipped to a seniors' residence with a very narrow window for deliveries. Great job all around.
