    roofing

    After calling several roofing companies, I decided to go with Smart Roofing. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, were able to answer all my questions, and they made me feel very comfortable. My new roof looks wonderful, and the crew was very tidy, and left my house even cleaner then it was before they started. I made the right choise is going with Smart Roofing, and will not hesitate in referring them. Thanks Smart Roofing!

    New roof

    I had called several roofing companies and no one got back to me, or responded several days later. Smart Roofing called me back the same day, and Mario booked an appoitment to come and give me an estimate. Mario was very honestly, explained everything to me in detail, and i felt their price was more then fair. I have had several compliments on my new roof, and would recommend using Smart Roofing.

    New Eaves

    I had my eaves replaced last fall because they were in terrible shape. I did a little online research and after getting a couple of estimates, I decided to go with Smart Roofing. They seemed very knowledgable and trustworthy. The day of the installation they arrived on time and were very professional. During the installation they explained their procedure and their choice of materials which all lined up with what I had read. The work was completed in one day and by appearance you can easily see the skill of labour. My partner asked if he could hang from the eaves like the picture on their website but he was told no. None the less they look, and have proved to be very sturdy.

    new roof

    Like many, I discovered that I need a new roof immediately due to the rainy spring that we had. Because of this situation, many roofing companies did not even return my calls. I was grateful when Mario came out to my place and gave me several options. They commenced work within a week or so (weather depending). The crew was polite, hardworking, and extremely clean. They worked through Canada Day to get the job done, yet were mindful of being too noisy for my neighbors. It was extremely hot. I am really quite pleased.

    Roofing repairs

    Last thing I expected with my 5 years old house is to repair my roof due to faulty shingles. Fortunately, Jerry and his crews were able to replace the faulty shingles quickly and inexpensively before any major damages are set. They are very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

    Roof reshingling

    In October 2010, Smart Roofing completed the roof re-shingling on our house at the agreed price, in the time they stated and the work was done within 2 days. The roof is great , the workmanship is great and they even made a small repair after reviewing their own work. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. Many of my neighbours have also used them and that is why we chose Smart Roofing over other companies.

    new roof

    Two years ago I began contacting companies for quotations. I did so with great trepidation because I know there are really no regulations when it comes to this kind of work. Anyone can call himself a roofer and without doing your homework you can be throwing your money away. Some of the companies I contacted didn’t even give me the courtesy of a response, while others did provide me with a quote. Smart Roofing, on the other hand, told me my roof didn’t need to be replaced yet, as it was good for another couple of years. I was very impressed with Jerry’s honesty. I emailed Smart Roofing again this year and was impressed from the time of my initial contact with Darlene, to the completion of the roof. Wes and his team did a superb job and also took great care to protect my garden. They cleaned up my property as if it were their own. All in all, I had the perfect customer experience from start to finish and would highly recommend Smart Roofing to everyone.

    Roof repair

    Had a small repair on a really old roof and Smart Roofing provided excellent service along the way. They scheduled me promptly and finished the repair very quickly. I had called 5 companies (all well-rated on this site) for a quote and Smart Roofing was the only one who called me back. They were professional and friendly as well. When I replace the roof this summer I think they will be my top choice.

    new roof

    In the Fall of 2010 Jerry's team completed a perfect roofing job on our new garage, sunroom and dormer. It was a great experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend Smart Roofing to anyone.

    new roof

    It's been a few months since the work was done but I must say, Bob is an amicable and professional salesman who knows his business. His crew is professional, clean, thorough and very hard-working. They discovered that two of my bathroom vents were venting into the attic and took the time to fix the problem. When this caused the job to go over the original price by more than $2,000 I was kept informed throught the process. The office staff is delightful as well.
