I was impressed by every step of Smart Roofing Inc.'s service, from the beginning the inquiry to the final inspections. What impressed me the most are: Every one (Sales, Office, Installation crews, inspector.....) showed up on time or early, no one was ever late - they respect the customers' time. Every one (Sales, Office, Installation crews, inspector....) responded to inquiries, messages very promptly and patient. Every one(Sales, Office, Installation crews, inspector....) kept their words they said to the customer. Bob is a great salesman, very patient, professional and respond to messages very promptly. He came in after the business hours so I do not have to take time off work. He is honest and trustworthy, kept all the words he said, e.g. showed up on time, arranged to start the work within 5-10 days after signing the contract, arranged to have the copies of insurance and WSIB sent to me the second day... Darlene, the lady works in the office is always there when I need to contact the company, and is always very friendly and helpful. The installation team led by Andrew is great. They are very professional, took time doing the work, paying attentions to the details, and always kept the job site tidy. "Countless, unseen details are often the only difference between mediocre and magnificent." I also liked the fact that Mario provided me a very formal written warranty certificate after he did the final inspection. The overall experience dealing with Smart Roofing was great, and was far above my expectation. Price wise, Smart Roofing is definitely not on the low end. If you are like me who believe that you get what you paid for, and are looking for great quality products and services, this is the company you should be put on the top of your list when evaluating roofing companies.

We had received quotes from several different companies and it was Jerry from Smart Roofing that had impressed us the most. He showed up exactly when our appointment was scheduled and called even in advance to make sure we were home and that he was on his way. He answered all our questions and concerns to the fullest leaving us with no unanswered questions or mislead thoughts. Replaced the entire roof, along with eaves and fascia and the crew worked thoroughly and effectively the entire two days that the job was being done. I can stand behind Smart Roofing and say that they did an outstanding job and exceeded all of our expectations. Thanks Smart Roofing!

Bob came out to my house and measured out roof. Took his time to to answer all of our questions, was able to show us samples and spent quite a bit of time going over our concerns. After signing the contract the crew worked exceptionally, were clean and efficient. Everything was done as was promised with no surprises popping up. Our neighbours were so impressed, two other neighbours decided to replace their roofs after seeing our beautiful completed roof and signed with Smart Roofing. Professional at the beginning, hard working and tidy and all around excellent service. Thanks for your service, we will highly recommend them to everyone in need of a roof.

Had my roof and shed reroofed.They missed sealing my front bay window. On my shed they put my cupola on off center and did not screw it down flat.They nailed one tile on my hut and covered my grey roof with brown caulking. After they came back they fixed everything but the cupola. I figured if they did not reinstall it right after two tries they never would and desided to fix it myself.

The company was very professional from the start. Jerry took the time to inspect the roof, make suggestions, and price appropriately. We were very impressed with the roofing crew from start to finish clean-up. The job was completed as per quote and on time. Definitely a recommend to others.

After a heavy rainfall we noticed that some water was seeping into a bedroom. I called 5 companies to come out and give me estimates. Each company informed me that an entire new roof was required. Bob took a look and gave me the option of either replacing the roof now or completeing some repairs that would address the issue and dela a total replacement for 2 more winters. He took the time to closely inspectmy roof and explain my options. I will definetly be using thm again in 2 to 3 years when I get the roof replaced.

We needed a completely new roof including new plywood as well as new eavestroughing, facia etc. Received several quotes from $5,000 to $18,000. Called Smart Roofing and met Jerry, He inspected the roof and explained what needed to be done in detail. Their quote was in the middle range and I felt comfortable that his guys would do a good job and did they ever. They showed up before 8 am with a team of 6 and by 8 pm that day I had a completely new roof and shingles. I was blown away they could work so efficiently. This team is the Gold Medal of roofers. Also, they left my house cleaner than when they arrived. The eavestroughing team arrived the next day and they also did an outstanding job. Smart Roofing has now done four homes on my street and I would highly recommend them. I felt they went the extra mile for me. Couldn't be more pleased.

Phoned for a quote and Bob showed up the same day. Explained in detail the quote and gave me a couple of tips to use in comparison. Not the least expensive of the 3 quotes but far greater value which ultimately gave me piece of mind. Job was done as promised, actually one day sooner, with no issues. Discovered a couple of score marks on my cedar deck a couple of days after the job was completed, Jerry came to inspect and has taken care of this as well. No hesitation to recommend Smart Roofing. I spoke to Bob on the phone told him i had leaks from a brand new roof that was just done last year most companies didnt call back but Bob was prompt and came very fast. He was helpful pointing out things that could be a problem later on and suggested solutions that didnt empty my wallet. Thanks for the save Bob. Quy

Received three quotes. Other two firms viewed the roof from the street (lol). Jerry was the only one who actually went up on the roof to measure and inspect the roof. Crew was professional, quick and did not leave a mess.
