Bob Morgan did all the right things, follow up on quote, & explained all steps. A "wow" sale is when you go 'beyond expectations" and Bob did that, even doing a follow up upon completion. The crew worked hard & fast and made sure no damage was done. I would recommend them.

I called several companies for quotes, only two responded. . Jerry came and spent a long time with us answering questions, going on the roof and presenting the quote. I chose Smart roofing over the other from reviews at homestars.com and am glad I did. The Smart roofing team came when expected, worked a long hot day and finished the job using headlights. The eavestrough and siding crew also arrived when expected and we were very impressed with the result. We had two leaks before the job was done and definitely no leaks now. Really appreciated the clean-up that was almost impeccable. Our neighbor "hired" a local kid to look for nails that might have fallen on her side of the property line but found none. Neither did we on our side. Thanks Jerry and crew.

In the summer of 2008, I couldn't get ANYONE over to fix my leaking roof. SMART Roofing returned my phone calls promptly, provided a quick estimate and best of all showed up when they said they would. They even called before they dropped off the supplies because one of the cars was in the driveway and they were concerned they might block it in. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We needed all new eaves and downspout and the facia was badly stained by overflow from the old eaves. Also the drainage scheme needed to be improved. Scott answered all my questions and set up the installation which was executed exactly as planned. The crew did a beautiful job. Overall, a great experience for us.

Following a very unsuccessful effort by a local roofer in Cambridge we turned to SMART who had done our roof in Oakville 8 years ago. This June Jerry and the team responded to provide us with a premium quality roof, flashing and vinyl siding job. When they came to do the estimate, everything was well explained. They came exactly when they were goint to come...on time...large team that completed the entire job in ONE day! Efficient, timely, professional, exceptional clean up, predictable, GREAT!...looking forward to using them for our eavestrough replacement too!

Bob from the Oakville office provided a helpful, informative estimate and identified ventilation issues that we needed to address. As we had an active leak, he arranged for the job to begin right away. The job was complete within 3 days and the courteous professional crew left the yard very clean and tidy. The need for decking replacement increased the cost by about $500, but the workers showed me the decking and gave me the choice before proceeding. We are pleased with the improved ventilation and the look of the Certainteed 40 year shingles. I would recommend this company to others.

We experienced roof damage from winter storms, and called severasl roofing contractors for quotes to repair. Several cam, several did not reply, some would charge for quote. Jerry from SMART roofing was prompt to respond, gave us a quote which was competitive with the others and we choose SMART to replace the roof. They were very professional, quick and attentive to detail. We have extensive gardens around and close to the house, and were worried regarding damage from the roofing process. Extreme care was taken and not one leaf was damaged! Well done! SMART used extensive draping to protect windows and landscaping. They also cleaned up each day to leave the site safe and useable for our family. At the end of the work, they did a final cleanup, and we would not have known there was reroofing done as they left it in pristine condition. Jerry followed up during and after the work was done to ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this company- they are obviously converned regarding customer satisfaction and take pride in doing professional work.
