    Vacuum Sales & Services

    As a first time home owner I was a bit confused as to what way to go for a central vacuum but knew enough to know Beam was the best. I looked around a bit online and with some referrals from friends was told to check out Superior Home Systems the website gave me a lot of information on prices and different types as to which I compared with other companies and decided Superior it was so I phoned and spoke with Rafi who answered all my questions and concerns (Poor guy cause I had a lot) he was able to book someone to come out within a couple days it was amazing service fantastic friendly people to deal with and I am now loving how my CV makes my life so much easier most definitely will be a returning costumer for my Alarm Services as well and would refer Superior to anyone I know 100% as the best option out there :)

    Miele S8 Vacuum Cat & Dog

    I got tired of buying inferior vacuums that didn't last and lost suction as they became full. I didn't want a bag-less vacuum as they always make a mess when you empty them into the garbage. I did my research and found that Miele is one of best vacuums ever made in every respect! My parents bought a Miele back in 1998 from Superior Home Systems. I'm not sure if that was there name then, but the location was the same. I did search the web and call around and found Raffi from Superior Home Systems was the most informative over the phone and just a really nice man! This was by far the most I've ever spent on a vacuum, but worth every cent. The price was the same as the best price I got quoted at other dealers. Raffi did throw in a box of vacuum bags worth $20. I've had the S8 for a 1 year now and I love it! I find I get about 5 months before I have to change the bag and each time the bag was so full it was hard as a brick, yet the vacuum still had great suction. What impressed is; the S8's cavity were the bag was in, was spotless no dirt leaked out at all. All my other vacuums leaked a little dirt, and every time i had to wipe the cavity down. Both the Vacuum and the store I bought it at, were excellent, and I am a very satisfied customer...

    CENTRAL VAC CRISIS

    Misguided by Raffi to pay a deposit of $300 to install central vac system in Jun 2013, never informed me about the price nor penalty for cancellation, got call in May 2015 rushing me to complete the transaction, explained no longer needed it, said I need to pick other items at an equal amount to replace but still did not mention about price.. Received their letter in Aug 2015 said I now owe them $1,621 pay now or legal action. Their owner said $300 deposit is a binding contract even though I was never being told by Raffi in the first place as well as no such details indicated on their invoice nor receipt. Worse off, he said no extension is allowed. As a favur, if I pay another $400 they may consider to let me to walk away from their contract……So $700 for doing nothing This is how they do business for 30+years and treat their return customer! Be very careful to ask all questions before you handing over your visa to me is a fraud!

    Superior Home Systems is a very honorable Company and when you commit to purchasing a Central Vacuum which includes a deposit over the phone, there is a time limit in which you can cancel the contract. When you enter into a contract with a deposit the merchandise is ordered and reserved for your upcoming job. Sorry for any misunderstandings that have arose from this situation. We hope to work towards a fair resolution for all involved.

    Central vacuum system

    Supposedly got a top quality Beam system that has given us nothing but problems over 3+ years of use. Don't be fooled by Beam's so called "10 year" or "lifetime" warranty, because that's only parts (not labour), and labour is by far the most expensive part of the repair. Anyway Superior Home System's repairs typically last only weeks or months, and then it's back to bringing in the unit for more. One time he "fixed" the hose switch (turns the suction on and off), which only lasted a month, and he had the nerve to charge us for the same repair again (one month!). Then he further had the nerve to accuse us of using our central vac in a commercial setting (which would void the warranty completely -- convenient for him) because it was "dirty" looking. Our house was in a new development with lots of dirt and dust from construction, and it was insulting having to explain myself to him in that way. Needless to say, would not recommend.

    Central vac and snstallation

    Very satisfied with advise, value to cost and installation. Very nice to deal with and very accomodating in terms of patience with all my questions. Excellent experience in every aspect.

    Vacuum Repair

    Wow - talk about service. This company was professional, efficient and highly customer-service oriented. Truthfully I was reluctant to have a 10 year old Panasonic vacuum repaired but I was certainly glad I did. They performed a top-notch job, delivered fast results and my vacuum is like new. They even fixed the light on it and polished it. I am so very pleased with the repair and more than happy I dealt with these professionals. They far exceeded my expectations. Superior Home Systems will definitely be my choice when it is time to replace my old Panasonic vacuum as they have truly impressed me with their outstanding service.

    Central Vaccum Installation

    It was a great pleasure to deal with Superior Home Systems. They were honest and knowledgeable and had a very good offer. They talked about the features and advantages of each vacuum model which helped me decide on the best unit. I would recommend Superior Home Systems to my friends and family.

    Central Vacuum installation

    -great service and friendly sales staff at their Richmond Hill store -the sales person provided me with honest opinion that helped me make my decision - this was the best deal compared to other places I called.

    Central Vac Installation

    Frank and Team at Superior Home Systems made the decision to purchase and install central vac a simple one for my wife and I. Their knowledge, advice and help throughout was incredible. The installation was quick, mess free, and very impressive. They gave us BEAM equipment (the best) at a price unmatched anywhere else. Lastly, no wonder they have been chosen Consumer Choice Award winner for 16 years in a row….they REALLY know their business and know customer service. HIGHLY recommended!

    Central Air Repair/Maintenance

    Due to Sam's reco I got the performance/life maximizer service to fix an issue I had with a kick vac. But this service did nothing to fix the issue. They took my unit for a couple days and returned. The guy that showed up to house and reconnected it. He looked at one outlet and said "its good" - but when I showed him the kitchen still didnt work he wanted to charge 50% more to examine the actual issue. It cost around $200 and I have no clue what they actually did - making it worse when the guy left he said I needed a new filter because it was broken (although their service stated they'd take care of this - after all the "life extender" was supposed to make it "like new". When I called to complain the guy said that i need to go somewhere else to buy the filter and install myself. He also claimed it would be hard because not available. He then went on to try to convince me to buy a a new model for "a deal at $400 + installation." I called the original supplier (whom also does service) and they will make the change for $25. This place is brutal - I am calling the better business bureau. Never again.
