    Furnace Maitenence

    Friendly efficient service! On time and well priced, I took over the warranty service from previous home Owner and I am confident things are running smoothly with my furnace.

    Duct Cleaning

    As we never had our ducts cleaned before, it was time as we were getting a strong burning smell from our ducts. The Oliver Heating & Cooling technician explain the whole procedure prior to starting the work and let me know all the steps he would be performing to complete the cleaning. Needless to say the work was performed quickly and thoroughly and now we have no burning smell at all. I highly recommend Oliver Heating and Cooling for this service.

    So so so nice.

    Elise, Stephen and the whole team are so incredibly nice. They were so helpful when my furnace fan was acting up and were able to help me quickly so that we didn't melt in the summer heat. We love our new furnace and will never look for another HVAC company again!

    Air conditioner Replacement

    From the moment of enquiry to the installation the team was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The day of installation I was working from home and the team respected this. They were very neat and ensured nothing was left behind. I highly recommend T.H. Oliver for home comfort needs.

    Great service

    I just purchased a new furnance from Oliver H&C and had it installed few days ago.The sales rep. Dennis was very professional, he explained everything in detail and answer all my questions.The instalation was done in no time,the crew did a very good job working fast&clean.I will definitely recommend this company!

    hot water tank install-

    Came on time. 3 service men polite,courteous, and very tidy. The install was professional,thorough and done swiftly. They cleaned up when done and left my home clean. They instructed me on the heater,s operation. I could have asked for more. Thankyou.

    Natural Gas Line for BBQ and Stove

    It's my second time using Oliver Heating & Cooling. The first time was for a major furnace repair. I felt very comfortable using them again for this project. Although this is business, the people are genuine, honest and respectful which creates a great experience. The communication and planning with Steve was super easy. Terry came onsite for the estimate and to perform the job with Ben. They were on time, very respectful, easy to get along with, very clean and tight with the installation, and explained things along the way. I would be glad to trust them with my next project or repair and certainly refer them to anyone who needed a project completed or urgent help with something.
